Thankful for Cordell at O’Reilly!! Not only did he insure that my 6 year old battery was in fact in need of replacement but he showed the information on the battery tester to me and after installing the new battery; Cordell made sure to text the new battery, texted my engine and texted alternator. Feeling very blessed and grateful for knowledgeable and honest hard working people. God bless

The store can get anything for my boat. They got me a new starter that Wilson don't even make anymore, awesome and courteous helpful solenoid end up going out first time out only because it wasn't heavy duty,but that's okay.

They helped me out!….gave me a lift and got me to the store to get the parts I needed to get up running again….back on the road…good staff!

Had a serpentine belt go. They got me the right part I needed quickly. Friendly service.

They never answer the phone when you call... I've had them order a part and they never called me when it came in... every time I go in there to get a part they never know what they are doing like they have no knowledge of car parts so I give this place 4 thumbs down and a negative 5 STAR RATING!

Customer service is amazing. I had to get parts for my car and the guy took the time to explain how things worked and what I needed to do. I am not a car person and I really appreciate the effort he made to help me understand better.

Poor service. First they sold me the wrong belt and over the phone said I could pick up the correct belt. There was no need to bring in the other. I asked them this specifically but when I arrived they refused to issue a refund or belt exchange without the receipt and the incorrect belt. I would advise going to napa. Better service and better parts even though it cost a little more

Have a wide variety of parts and accessories for your vehicle. The staff seems to be knowledgeable also which is something not every parts store can say anymore.

It was wonderful there my parts came in on time like they said they would and had everything I needed to get my customer's vehicle back on the road!!! Bery respectful people

We bought a 'new' fuel pump in an already opened box. We called and expressed our concern because it was missing pieces that the box said was included.. They assured us that they were all that way and it would work. We changed the pump and nothing changed.. Tested it and found it was junk.. Had to return the part for an actual new pump.. They cant seem to get anything right there.. I would recommend going ANYWHERE but here!

The only place i shop for my auto parts. They are fairly cheaper than the other places and very reliable. If they don't have it they will get it in the store by 7:30am the next morning. They are very knowledgeable people and I don't go to any other place but just to them for most of my parts.

The Olney Illinois parts store is awful. Sells you the wrong part then refuses to exchange them. Repeatedly claims to "test your ignition coil only when it's hooked up and still running to check and see if that's why your vehicle isn't running " you can get better advice from a ouiji board
