On a very long road trip my truck overheated and I made it to O'reilly.. Tuffy, a very nice and helpful young man looked for a leak, added anti-freeze and recommended the service station up the road. I am so very grateful for the help and courteous service he provided! Thank you!!! I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto!
Our daughter's car wouldn't start after getting gas.Jason and Terry from store 6272 went and jumped the car so she could drive over to get a new battery. She was on the road coming home for Christmas. They were great! We so appreciated them going the extra mile to get her back on the road.
Unfortunately I had to buy a new battery on Sunday but luckily I was able to utilize OReillys free battery testing. Stan was friendly and helpful, he installed my new battery and wiper blades! It was an effortless experience, I appreciate having them in town. The store was very clean also.
Traveling for Christmas, and had purchased a set of wiper blades at an O'Reillys two hours back, they weren't functioning correctly. Stopped in, David was extremely helpful. First switched them out, no questions asked. Eventually just replaced them with a completely different brand. Back on the road, working correctly again.
