Nice fella behind the counter, all brick and mortar auto parts stores prey on people that need parts immediately. This one is no exception.

I took my ex husband's car to the store & asked if they could put their tester on it to help determine why it was running so rough. Cletus did so & went inside to print out the codes for me & discovered he had replaced the parts that came up on the codes & they had a life time warranty. He then replaced them for me & has the car running like a new one. I was very impressed with him & he was so nice & helpful. He went above & beyond and he is so much appreciated. Thank you so much!!! Auto Zone & Cletus are number one in our opinion!

Have had to replace my brake booster several times. Went in to get another booster and said they couldn't get it for 30 days. The gentleman said if I can find one somewhere else they would refund my money. Wife went in to get refund because we found one at O' Riley's and the female manager gave her a hard time. Said she would have to get permission from district manager to refund my money. Well been about 4 months and still no call. I will drive 100 miles for a spark plug before I have to deal with that manager again.

I would like to say thank you very much to the young lady that closed on Labor day. I called her 9min before closing because our water pump went out while driving to Little Rock, Ar from Elgin, Il. And she was sweet enough to wait for my husband to get there. ( we where about 15-20 min away) For her to stay a after closing and on a Holiday says alot about the type of person she is. Again thank you very much and may God bless you always.

I could not find the right wrench I needed to put my new tags on my vehicle and a gentleman helped me out. Was there and out in under 10 minutes. Thankful for helpful guys!

Totally Incredible is how I rate the guys that work at the Anna AutoZone. Today my driveshaft fell out on my 94 E250, as I was driving through Anna on my way to Cape from Marion. I called Autozone to check on a Ujoint and not only did they have one in stock they actually came out and picked me up where my van had broke down and took me to the store and installed the Ujoint for me!! How incredible is that... TOTALLY. Oh i forgot to mention that they only charged me the price of the Ujoint !!!! You guys are great, Many thanks and my utmost appreciation for helping me out today.
