On the 5th of March I was in the Bartonville store and asst manager Mike and his other employee Mike was great. They allowed me to work on my jeep in the parking lot so that I could get my ball joint on. They were very helpful and made sure that I got what I needed to get me back on the road safely. I would highly suggest this store to anybody.
Mike, the assistant manager, was extremely helpful in troubleshooting the issue with my daughter’s car. His knowledge of vehicles was definitely a huge plus, and he spent over an hour with us patiently brainstorming different scenarios to figure out what might be wrong. It’s rare to find someone who is that dedicated and willing to go the extra mile to help. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall at O’Reilly Auto Parts.
Needed a new battery for my car , 6 o’clock at night and cold. Your employee, Toug came thru for me! Professional and courteous thru it all, a true asset to your store. 👍
I had recently went to ORileys in pekin for windshield wiper blades, the man came out and changed them for me but while doing so he was having problems with the drivers side blade so he pushed pretty hard and snapped the clip in the blade and told me have a nice day and walked away, the blade kept flying off while using it. Went into Bartonville ORileys and a nice man named Miked helped me out. Very nice guy, helpful, courteous, fixed it with no problems.
I have a Ford fusion titanium hybrid(2014) and I needed my driver's side headlight bulb replaced. I didn't have the money to take it to the shop, but Mike helped me change it! He never gave up despite how complicated it seemed. He was very kind and upbeat the whole time! He really saved the day!
So after the longest day ever, driving home… one of my coolant lines blew off and they went above and beyond when the weather wasn’t so pretty and took care of everything. I couldn’t be more Blessed for what they did!! Thank you so much!! Made my night!!
My husband just visited. Handicapped customer with basket full 6 qts oil, filter, seafoam, oil filter. Over $80 worth product. Not one person asked if he needed assistance. Even out to car to put in trunk. Never visit this store again. Shame on you. I hoped your parents raised you better.
Call the store twice was put on hold twice for 5 minutes one time and almost 10 minutes a second time and never got an answer please continue holding nothing very unprofessional

Had an awful experience, this location is usually great, but I've had repeat order issues with Janice, slow as molasses and if she finds something it's been the wrong part
marlin was the best auto parts worker i ever met. he helped me and my buddy change our spark plugs in the parking lot. he deserves employee off the year. he made a check engine turn into turn into a great experience with his positive attitude and his great personality. honestly best person i’ve met in retail. o’reilly, this man DESERVES a raise!
This is 1 of the most expensive places I've ever been. If money is no object, this place is 4 u but, if your like most of us & money ISN'T falling from the tree 🌴 n your backyard, call around 2 other places 1st.
Great place to get parts for my truck, I like O'Reilly's better than AutoZone and Advanced, the employees see to be much more helpful here, especially Bella who helped me find a caliper pin set for my truck.

We went there to get a new battery. We left within a short time with the battery installed. The staff is courteous and helpful. The wait is minimal if any. You can find most fix it yourself items here. Some they can do like hooking your car to a computer to small repairs like our battery. The prices are competitive and fair.
Was returning a core from an online order. Documentation said it could be returned to the store rather than ship back. Person didn't know how to process but ended up overriding and use the has no receipt method even though I did. Still received my refund so service was good just not rating as high for this reason.
Mar was very helpful and friendly. I greeted as soon as he was done with a customer he was engaged in conversation with. He found what I needed promptly and grabbed it for me. In and out quickly! Thanks!
Everyone was pretty helpful but Henry went above and beyond to help me check fuses and change them. If everyone was that helpful I wouldn't have had to buy bulbs I didn't need and waste money for no reason.
Came back to this Oreilly because Bruce works here. If you need anything, this guy is an expert at almost everything automotive. Thanks for the excellent service!
