Brad's was able to help diagnose and fix an issue with a drain leak that other shops weren't! Charged less than what i had even hoped for, and even gave a loaner car while they worked on it. I cant recommend them highly enough!!
This is the only repair shop I would ever take my car. They are so kind there and even lend a loaner car while they work on yours. They not only fixed my car but they changed the oil, cleaned the inside and washed it. It looked and smelled like a new car when I got it back. I tell everyone about how great the service is there. This was the best experience you could have with trying to replace a damaged part on your vehicle. Called Brad's Collision and spoke with Nate Blommer on a Friday. Nate DROVE to my home to inspect my 2000 4-Runner, took pictures and started the search for the part.
The very next Tuesday he found the identical part and had it shipped to Brad's. That Friday he DROVE to my home in the morning and swapped me a loaner for my vehicle, taking it to Brad's for the fix. At 5 pm same day, Nate WAS BACK with my vehicle, the replaced part intact, looking and working great!
I NEVER left my home to get the SUV fixed. Amazing.

My parents have literally never had to leave the house to get their cars repaired. They are busy watching grandkids play sports and Brad’s has help make it possible for them never to miss a game! The process was very smooth. They gave me an itemized estimate and how long it will take them to complete the job plus pictures. I received a daily text updating me about the progress. They finished 2 days early and did a fabulous job! I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!
I have come to Brad’s a few times now, and I have always received good service. Each time I have been able to use a loaner car, which is so helpful for me to get around. They usually get it done pretty quickly, and they are very friendly. They even vacuumed my floorboards and cleaned up the dash. I appreciate Russ and Sherry, as they are mainly the ones I dealt with.
If you care what your vehicle looks like, don't take it here! They will leave your vehicle with greasy handprints on your white headliner and incomplete repairs. Absolutely take pictures of your vehicle before(if) you take it to them because they will pick and choose what repairs to make, even if the insurance company approved everything. If it's too difficult of a job, they will skip it and hope you don't notice. Who is ok with only part of their hail damage fixed? If a scratch is too much to fix correctly don't just do a bad job of filling it with touch up paint. I could have done that and saved $1500. When you try to hold them accountable, they will tell you to your face they will make it right, but then stop answering your calls and tell the insurance company you were impossible to please. We all pay a lot for our vehicles. Don't let bad businesses like this ruin them!
Thank goodness for these guys! We were stuck in a snow drift and the guy who came and rescued us really was a super hero that night! I was freezing and in the middle of BFE. He not only found us, but was able to communicate clearly and precisely with us even though I was panicked. We really can't say enough good about this company! Thank you so much!
Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. Brad himself said he needs two tow truck drivers with a non CDL class B license and able to pass a D.O.T so if your able and looking I recommend you call 🙂
I had smashed my entire front end and with my insurance claim I decided to go local. Brads was awesome, I had no issues contacting them and they also always made sure to follow up with me that day or the following business day. The work they did on my car was just phenomenal, it was like the accident never happened. I would definitely recommend them and go back for any future car issues.
