I’ll admit- when it comes to automotive maintenance, I barely know how to do anything. I came in here to buy some things my car needed, except I didn’t know which brands to get or how to apply them to my car. I asked for some help and the guy working was extremely helpful! He helped me choose the right parts my car needed, and then even took the time to help me put them on my car! Great customer service- the employees are all extremely helpful and friendly.

Derek was awesome! Totally helped us out with a new Tahoe battery. Not an easy install so really appreciated the help.

Plenty of nuts, not enough studs. Carry most parts, or can order what ya need.

Store is always clean and well stocked, the employee try other locations to get the stuff you need it they don't have it.

Came here to ask about getting the ac charged in my car. Was instantly told “no we’ll get fired for that” and then the worker proceeded to answer the phone and ignore me. I can understand if the employees are not allowed to do such tasks but to not even sell me the item I need so I can do it myself is poor customer service.

Needed help finding something and help was right there to assist. Found what I needed and was on my way. Great small town store.

It's a small store but I've always been able to get everything I need here (wiper blades, headlight bulbs, oil filters, key fob, etc). Mike was VERY helpful and went above and beyond in getting the battery replaced in my Explorer. Thank you!

The guy i asked to help read a code for my truck was very rude and didn't seem to want to help me at all so I wasn't going to purchase anything there and just left total waste of time

I hate this store! I walk in with the part numbers i need, they tell me im wrong and sent me off with what THEY thought i needed. Guess what? Had to take them all back and get the parts with the numbers i wrote down. Also big question why is it the web site says they have something then get to the store and dont.

Where is a good place to go if you need parts and accessories and other things for your car like oil changes and other maintenance stuff but sometimes the people that work there have absolutely no idea what they're talking about or they are not mechanics they're just regular people off the street I'm some of them do know what they're talking about but most of them time they don't

Very helpful staff, but not overly pushy. Never left with out getting the question answered. The basic stuff is more expensive than Walt's mart. The selection and service justify the added cost on some items.

I'm a regular at this autozone location the guys behind the counter and very smart and knowledgeable and are always friendly. They usually have what I need or can get it in a day.
