My husband and I are again so happy with the service we received at Carlock Auto Service Center. We had a tire that was consistently using air and were able to just drop it off with a few minutes notice and come back later to get our car with the repair tire at a great rate! Always worth the short drive from Bloomington Normal!
Had an older Towncar that we purchased for a back up vehicle. It had been sitting for a couple years and Bill and his team did all new brake lines and check for an affordable amount of money and had the car on the road with in days of a drop off. They have a great team.

I was so impressed with everything and everyone at this Auto Center. My car broke down on a Saturday and I was in a panic because I had a biopsy scheduled for Tuesday. Who gets you in on a Monday morning? This place.! They even gave me a loaner car while they figured out the problem And it was fixed within hours. I was told by another place that it was an $1800 repair. Not even close. I had 2 minor issues and they charged me $103! Who does that? An honest repair shop. I will definitely give them all of my future business. And you should too.😊
I absolutely had a great experience with them. They did all the work I asked and didn't try to upsell me, the pricing was more than reasonable, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I was extremely pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
The starter went out in my car. Bill was able to get me in right away. great communication with cost estimates on the repair process. The price was a little higher than other places but i am willing to pay it cause i know Bill will stand behind the work and he uses quality replacement parts.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Brought my truck in for an alignment after waiting three days for an appointment, which was fine, I didn’t mind. I told them I was leaving Saturday so it had to be done before then. If it they couldn’t I would simply look for another shop, which is fine. It was done the same day, got to pick it up that evening. Drove it to Walmart Friday morning, the next morning, and noticed it pulling to the right really bad still. Went back to the shop to see if they could look at it real quick for me and they informed me they could get to it Monday or Tuesday. I explained I had to leave and he said that he could not look at it and there was nothing he could do for me, in a very rude tone and manner! It would have not hurt him to look at the vehicle to make sure their work was done correct before I head back on the road! Which apparently it was not! I would have never taken my vehicle to this shop if I would have known how rude they were after doing the work half way apparently! This is one of the cons for traveling full time, but being flat out rude is another thing.
Got a nail in my tire on 74. I was moving and couldn't get to the spare or the jack because the Suburban was fully loaded. The tire was not completely flat and I made it to Carlocks. They had me back on the road in no time! Very fast, very friendly , Fair price! Good people!
Great place to bring your lifted rigs. Bill has been in the off road scene and has always done great work on my Rubicon as well as given me ideas and suggestions to improve my rig. They do great work and are competitively priced. Highly recommended.
