I don't know what's been going on with this store but twice now I've called in ordered something. When I went to go get it was told I never called and then was talk to very rudely. So unless I'm calling the store and talking to a ghost somebody's not doing their job

My wheel bearings on our trailer went out 2 blocks away, and they had everything I needed to get the job done. Thank you

I buy online, but the item I order will be really late afternoon and I need the items sooner so I call and they helped me changing the item with some that they have in stock the was a really good costumer service no question just helping.

Best parts place anywhere, super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Moved out to Rockford, but if I need to get anything hard to find, or have any serious issues this is the first place I call.

It's a one-woman show the lady behind the counter was the only one doing the work

Got a flat tire while going through town and had to patch it in the parking lot. The gentleman behind the counter was super kind and brought out a compressor For us so we could fill the tire.

This place is hit or miss. Some of the staff are real knowledgeable. The others are about the opposite.

Was not eager to make. A sale or help the customers out they give the veterans discount but do not bring it to your attention they need to be more customer service oriented there sales prices are not sales prices needs a complete overhaul should have given it a 1 snoman

I knew about this place from my best friend and my first time going Carlos help me get the things I needed for my car after I had got into an accident he had everything for me on the same day! Definitely would come back again.

They had it ! I still can't believe it but they had the item i was looking for, in stock, yes you read correctly they had the item in stock. Plus it was cheaper that other places. 5 stars only for this time.

These are the nicest owners and workers you'll ever deal with! They are also very supportive of the local high school shop classes! I highly recommend you go out of your way to return the favor and buy your parts there!!

Had a main power wire shorting for my autoloader towtruck accessories ie no stinger, strobes, work up/down light etc. Got hooked up with good parts and used their tools in the parking lot to complete the fix myself. Saved me the time of going to Joliet and was able to make some money instead...👍😁 TY

My favorite parts store. If they don't have what you need, they'll get it the next day.

They got what you need and if they don't they can get it quickly. They just changed hands in June of 2018 we'll see what happens from here as Casey has sold it and new owners are there but it says come in same crew.

I always can count on great service from them.They give me recommendations on ways to save money and well help me with my questions I have on my projects all of there employees have a great amount of expert advice, everyone, that workes thar also hase a great amount of knowledge.You don't see that much anymore.It's nice to go to a store that well spend the money to hire people off that quality.

This is hands-down my favorite auto parts store of all time I'm 50 years old I've been tinkering with cars and Building Things since I was 13 they stand behind all of their products the owner Casey is just such a wonderful person extremely knowledgeable staff they have a paint department they have Machining Services they provide

Great service and can always get you what you need. Most parts are usually in stock.

Helpful staff. Can have your ordered parts within a day or two.

The owners are very quick to great customers and find the part you need. Even if you just need a bulb or a oil for some routine maintenance, they help you find it quickly. Parts are competitive on price with other larger stores in surround towns, and while their tools are slightly high on price, they are also better quality.
