One of the employees who works mornings seems like he hates his job. I walked in and they asked me if I needed help to which I responded yes I need help finding a part for a vehicle. As soon as mentioned the make and model the guy proceeded to mock me and joke about how I should know the size and he genuinely seemed angry. Expect bad attitude from the guys in the morning. Night guys are a completely different story however, they actually want to work.
Employees. can't even show up on time.They open at seven thirty I was there at seven thirty doors locked nobody there no cars in the parking lot, nobody anywhere, great job.Hiring the best o'reilly's!!
Always a welcoming "Hi, welcome to O'Reilly's" when you walk in the door. Staff is always very cordial and helpful, directs me to the right area when I ask for help.
Was riding through Marengo today and my front brake lever screws came lose. Stopped to check if I can borrow to T27 bit to tighten it. David was welcoming and super helpful. Helped me right away and I was able to get back on my way. No charge. Awesome service and attitude. Great to meet good people and awesome service.
Great customer service and I always get my parts fast, all of the workers there are super polite and always willing to help, I will always recommend oreilly’s, especially this one
Seems to me these other reviews got lucky when they went there. I've been there many times since they've opened Only because there are 1 of 2 part stores in the area 1/2 the time I was given the wrong part. A quarter of the staff is knowledgeable the rest are winging it.
