CC did an amazing job from start to finish! Absolutely 5 stars. Their ability to keep me informed was stellar. Tiffany was awesome letting me know where they were at. There were a couple delays but those were insurance related. My car looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. Another recent reviewer said he doesn't believe they could have such a high service rating. They have it because that is what they do. Great work. Sometimes people just don't have realistic expectations. Based on his bad review there was nothing anyone could do to make him happy. Keep up the great work CC. I hope I never need to come back but if I do ever need bodywork I am coming back. Thank you again to everyone at CC.

Sometimes you shouldn't believe in such good reviews. I took my car here because one it was they deal a lot with my insurance company and two the stellar 4.7 review. How can a place with almost a perfect service rating end up giving me such p!$$ poor service. They originally gave me a 2 week completion date, great that seem like a good turnover rate. But then, they delayed it one week due to part, seemingly understandable. It's not in the budget and it a lost days wage on the Tuesday of the appointment. I'm not happy but that's life. If that was the issue, again it would be understandable. They proceed to delay that completion date 2 more times. What kind of a service business are they running? The second time the completion date was the following week of the 26 of March, Wednesday. On Monday the 24th of March something in my gut told my they are going to mess with me again, at this point all commination between Crash Collision Huntley had stopped for about a week. Odd because it was use to a update every other day, so I called in to confirm for the pick up on 26th. Lo behold they ordered the wrong part and it will be delayed to the following Monday. It i didn't call in were they not going to inform me of this update? At this point I'm out two days of pto , the 18th and the 26, with no car I'm out 100s of dollars reimbursing a co-worker for getting rides with them to work, and still don't really know if my car is going to be fixed when the say it is because what are the odds now that they don't delay again. The front receptionist was little to know help at first, he didn't know why or seem to care it was delayed and that there was communication issue. I'm a tolerant man but my tone was obviously upset. I think that kick things in to gear cause he put me on hold and tried to find out the problem. He continued with they ordered the wrong part and that was it you will get your car the following Monday. Multiple time I ask are sure this time because I'm going to have to request another day off, and he confirmed MULTIPLE TIMES. Trying to be non confrontation I tried my best to believe him and hope for the best. Periodically checking the messaging system they use and the web site the sent me. No update on any changes and it still say the car is ready for pick on the Wednesday 26th of March. Tuesday flows by Wednesday comes along, there goes Thursday, and here comes the weekend. Saturday around 1 pm and update was sent to me. Almost excited by the prospect of getting my car on Monday I snatched up my cell phone. YOUR CARE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP ON 04/04/25. How much are they going mess with me? Loss days of wages hundreds of dollars in gas to a co-worker and i still haven't even paid the deductible yet. I'm currently way over budget and have a belly full of fire. How can the review be so wrong, how can they keep passing the buck and let me just eat up all the loss. How can you call yourself a business if all you do is renig on the completion date? The only blessing in all this was a man called Dean, apparently the place seem to fall apart when he goes on vacation. He was the one that updated me that Saturday and the guy that dealt with me on Monday the 31st. Telling all him all that had happen he really tried to help. Did his best to calm me down, patiently listened to me, and asked me for some time to try to verify/ find a solution for me. Calling me a hour later, he seemed certain that he found an answer and with confidence he told me Wednesday the 2nd of April. Feeling this might actually be the finish line I confirmed again and proceed to call work to again ask for another date off. He over delivered and 4pm today the first of April it have my car back. I was almost expecting him to say April fools and for him to say see you tomorrow. I am happy that my car back, but I can't stand how they do business at crash. (Edit) one month after why is a loose wire hanging down from where the fixed it ?

A paint scuff, caused by an unknown event in a parking lot, led me to Crash Champions for a repair estimate. I spoke to Tiffany who determined that the repair was actually a quick fix. They buffed out the abrasion in about ten minutes, at no charge. A very positive result following a negative situation. Thank you to Tiffany.

They were completely up front and honest throughout the whole process. They kept us informed of any changes or updates for a completion date. I highly recommend them for their honesty and overall professionalism as well as doing an excellent job.

Tiffany was very professional and helpful, she kept me up to date on the whole process of the repairs. As soon as I walked into the front, she was very welcoming, she made it super easy to trust her! The shop is very lucky to have someone like her!

The staff here is amazing! So nice and friendly. The work was done quick and there were no surprises except for how sweet Tiffany at the front desk was. Rob took good care of my car and I will be a repeat customer should I have problems in the future!

0 stars is what this so called company deserves. I loved the atomospher that Adams Collison center provided until one day it became this so called company. Work was still incredible and the employees did amazing work. Unfortunately, once ownership changed, the whole atmosphere changed. I personally pulled into the parking lot one day and was so disheveled listening to management swear and scream at their employees. I personally would never step foot on the premises for how uncomfortable I felt for their poor employees. Great job to new management for Turing a great shop into trash.

Someone hit my truck and damaged the bumper and tailgate. Adam’s worked awesome with my insurance, sent me texts to update me, and were incredibly thorough. My truck looks better than when I bought it!! I highly highly recommend them, did I say highly!!

Good work but very unethical. My son rode his bike into one of their employee’s car and the employee colluded with one of his co-workers to write up an estimate for nearly 5X the cost of the damage. When I confronted him and told him I know he works for Adams he became excitable but quickly regained his composure and told me he knew where I lived (obviously, because he has access to my personal information from when I took my car in for a separate repair). It is sad because the quality of work is very good but I think Huntley Collision does equal work for a lot less and is far more ethical. The great news is Gerber is right next door.

Adams Collision Center is a direct repair facility in Huntley and performed outstanding work, including coordination with insurance, arranging for rental car. and complete restoration of damage.

I took my van in after a car accident. Daryl told me it was safe to drive, turns out my van had a broken axil. I should had gone somewhere else after that but, I left my van there for repairs. It took two moths to declare my van a total loss. He did not due a detailed inspection at the very beginning. He kept on adding costs every week. This person was inexperienced and inconsiderate. Go elsewhere, save yourself the stress and agrevation.

Adams did a FANTASTIC job repairing extensive damage to my year old Lincoln after I was t-boned. Darren was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was kept in the loop during the entire repair process via text which was incredibly helpful. I will be recommending Adams to everyone!

I brought my car to Adams as they were in my insurance network through State Farm. Everything from the estimate, paint job & pick was handled Professionally. Scott was very friendly and able to get me an appointment right away the following week. I had minor repairs done to my rear bumper (2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee). The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the repair area was better than I expected. The paint job was Excellent! They even buffed out an area in the front that had a minor scuff mark at no charge and adjusted my tailgate since the factory had built it with slight uneven gaps on both sides. =)

I've been going to Adams collision for a few years now. I always deal with Darren when I go there. He's a great guy to deal with very easy to talk to and explains exactly how they are going to do things. I also met Jose' who buffed out my car. He did an amazing job. Best buffing I've had on any of my cars was done by him. No one comes close to the job Jose'did. As far as the paint work at Adams it has always turned out perfect and beautiful for me. I've never had one single problem at Adams. Thanks again Adams and especially Darren for taking such great care of my cars and myself as a customer.

Excellent service at Adams Collision Service in Huntley. Good customer service with Mary Jane at the front desk. Set up my estimate appointment very quickly. She also set up the car rental I needed at a really good price. Darren did a very thorough inspection of my vehicle to come up with a proper estimate. I also received three calls after they had my vehicle to give me updates throughout the process. Final work was outstanding. Excellent body work and paint. Good job by all.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the professionalism and customer service that was provided by Adams. My main point of contact, Scott Behm, took care of me like family and my car like it was his own. They worked directly with Allstate who insured the person that did more than $4k in damage to my car. Adams and Scott made the process much more tolerable and I truly appreciate all they did. The work that was completed was top notch, the paint work was outstanding leaving little evidence of the work that had been done. They back up the work with a warranty for as long as I own my car so I’m not worried about issues in the future. I recommend Adams and although I hope to not need a body shop anytime soon I know where I’ll be going if I do.

My car was hit from behind leaving minimal but obvious damage to my back bumper. I went to Adams Collision because it was near my home and it had good reviews. I was not disappointed. From the beginning to end, I felt I was treated professionally and curteously. Darren was efficient in getting me a quote and did not try to upcharge or sell me anything extra. Everything was explained to my satisfaction. The repairs were done in a timely manner, and nothing was done without my approval. The pricing was fair. I was pleased with the service and workmanship and would recommend Adams Collision.

Adams collision is great. I was happy to hear that they are in State Farm’s preferred network after I was rear ended in December. I just picked my car up from being fixed. Everything seems to be great. I was kept informed of the status of my car throughout the repair process and they even took care of the rental car pick up and drop off. I would always recommend this repair shop.

Great service, and excellent work on my truck. They also took care of the rental, drop off and pick up, making the process very convenient for me. Stopped in today to have someone to take a look at some surface scratches on my new car. They took care of the scratches within 20 minutes. Looks like new again. When I asked how much I owe They said nothing. I offered coffee money. They wouldn't take a cent. This is the first time I've gone to Adams because of the reviews online. I don't put reviews online to often. Adam's deserves all the good reviews on their website. Professional and courteous says it all.
