Went to o’reillys this morning for new wiper blades and an air filter. Richard was helpful, kind, and personable. He installed my wiper blades without me even asking for help. 10/10 highly recommended.
We needed headlight bulbs and We also needed them installed. Richard did a great job even though it was cold and windy. He was very helpful. O'Reilly is where we go for car help.
All the employees were very helpful, and punctual. All attending to my assistance when I needed. Instead of meeting me with judgement for not knowing everything, they were kind, polite, and understanding. This is the place I think of when I need car parts, the place I know I can go, and be confident I’ll leave, learning something new, and getting what I need.
I was stuck at Walmart with a dead battery luckily I was able to get a jump and make it over to this oreilly. Two guys were excited to help me pick out a battery and get it installed. Overall just an excellent experience
I have been to this location multiple times over the last year and every time I leave I am so impressed with the level of service and support. Everyone is so friendly and asks if you need help with anything as soon as you walk in the door. As a woman going into an auto parts store can be kind of intimidating but not at this location, they make you feel right at home.
Had a recurring issue with seeming battery problems. Stopped in HUNTLEY store and 3 young men volunteered to test battery, starter, and alternator. All checked out ok. I did decide to purchase a
battery jumper for future convenience and to avoid having to call a truck for a jump.

I don't know what his name is but they should fire the salesman who speaks Spanish. Give the bad parts we are 16min from here. We bring the part to change it with the invoice and it says that I must bring all the parts to make the change. and I only need to replace 1 of the purchased parts, not all of them. We are losing 1hr including waiting time. because of his mistake and he does not want to collaborate in anything.
Came here to have my battery tested. It was bad so we had to replace even though Enrique was the only one here. He said he couldn’t change my battery, but what he could do was give me all the necessary tools so I can change it myself made the process very easy thanks for going above and beyond and not sending me away, you need more people like Enrique!!!
Zane did a great job installing a new battery in my car! Good quality parts and fast service. This store is staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people and is my go to place for parts!
I bought wipers for my car. I had $10 coupon which I used to buy them. Employee tried to install the wipers and found out they were wrong. So I asked to replace them with correct wipers. When I purchased new ones, he said I can’t get credit for the $10 coupon I used. How is this a good business practice? It’s not my fault they were wrong. Both employees were juniors and didn’t know how to handle it. Asked me to talk to the manager who was not there.
Needed a break light for a 2016 Honda Oddesey. Purchased one and tried to install it following a Youtube video. Went back to the store and 2 different guys tried
(one after the other) to get the tail light out to install the new bulb. They went farther than I could, but still were not able to get the job done. Something out of the ordinary had been done to my vehicle. They referred me to a dealer. They would not accept any money from me for all the time and effort they expended trying to find a solution.
Worked with Robin, very knowledgeable and helped out a great deal, even help clear up confusion as a result of going to a different part store first. This will be the only place I ever go for parts in the area.
Dude behind the counter was higher than a kite, other man just sitting staring at me the whole while i was there, weidest lamest and creepiest experience just trying to buy brakes. Never coming back
Nathan the GM and another employee Terri are very helpful with every need I've went in there with. I also had trouble getting the new wipers adjustments in and Nathan came out to help remedy that problem. The next time in, Terri, helped price out brakes and rotors and made sure I got the most competitive price around. This is my go to car store around Huntley/ Elgin!!
I went in to grab a quart of oil and there was only one employee working had to wait for him to do a part return and then I came up to pay and the phone rang and they answered the phone and took care of the customer on the phone before me he should of put him on hold while he took care of a in store customer 😒 bottom line, it took me 15 minutes to get a quart of oil.
This is a good auto parts store to stop by. Conveniently located right by the interstate which was good for me. Service was good answered all my questions accordingly. Prices are a little high compared to autozone but nothing that would make me leave the store. All in all a good experience.
