Great technical ability and customer service... We broke down on the highway driving from Wisconsin to Ohio late in the day July 3. We had the car towed to McDonald Automotive. They stayed open late to help diagnose the problem. It ended up too late to order a replacement part. The part was very expensive, but they suggested they look for a used part. They got the part, installed it, and we went back a week later to pick up the car. Great communication throughout the process and saved us a lot of money. Got home safely and the car felt great. Can't thank them enough for their technical ability and customer service.
