They never answer the phone and when they do they’re very rude. Worst business I’ve ever came across by far I’d definitely take your business somewhere else for the right price.
Don’t go here they will rip you off first chance they get. I called and asked them what they give for something sent my friend up there and they ripped him off didn’t pay him for what he brought up there instead paid him for junk scrap price on everything. They Stole over a thousand dollars in material they didn’t pay for then on top of that they wrote a personal check for the payout and said you can cash it anywhere but no one would cash it had to call them 5 times and they lied and sent us to several banks that’s wouldn’t cash it and I ended up having to drive an extra 2 hours to even get it cashed. They are scammers they will rip you off steal from you underpay you lie to you then they will just ignore you and not answer the phone after they write you a check that nobody will cash including the 3 different banks they sent you to. Don’t go here. Literally every scrap yard I talked to pays more these scammers. They even tried hanging the stuff off the scale to lower the weight on top of ripping me off and writing me a check that I couldn’t cash.
I traded a van with Mr. Foster. The following morning it had three flat tires and would not roll backwards. This is only the very beginning of the troubles I have found with the van. I would be very careful if you choose to do business with him.
Today I went to recycle cans, a woman at the desk was too busy with her word search to acknowledge a customer. She told another employee to go clean off the scale, I went back out to my car to wait. 20 minutes later no one ever came out. It wasn’t until I was back in my car pulling away that someone finally came out to clear the scale, but that was too late. Ridiculous! Won’t be going back.
After calling several time and someone finally answering the phone i simply askd if they were open dude replied what do u got...well Idk yet are you open he says yes all day i said till 4 he say all day till 4...pull in at 330 and they infact are not open
Try to get a junk vehicle picked up for 4 days would say they call me back and never did never picked it up bed service always used them before never use them again
Whoever answered the phone treated me as though I was a telemarketer. When I asked " is this Foster Salvage?", the reply was "who are you?" Then I was asked exactly who I wanted to talk to. When I couldn't come up with any specific names, I was told "He is too busy and don't want to talk to you". There was no offer to take my name and number and call me back.
