My daughter was 3.5 hours from home when her car started to act up. We sent her to Hamel Sales & Service and they took excellent care of her. She was scared and nervous. They called me and kept me informed of what was going on. She didn’t need anything but oil and they topped her off free of charge. I would absolutely go back to them. Thank you so much!!
Was simple serpentine belt, turned into $1600 worth of ,unneeded repairs was out of state when I was towed, at their mercy AVOID AT ALL COST, RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
This was the most pathetic pair of guys I've ever met. They totally take advantage of you if you're broke down on the road, They charged me $300 to put on a serpentine belt and then didn't even bother to put the Shroud back on it when they were done. They were totally scandalous, And misled you the entire time they worked on your vehicle. Beware! I wouldn't recommend them to air up a bike tire, much less work on a vehicle.
I feel as though everyone I spoke with at hamel sales and service were the upmost profiecient and proffessional. They worked with my budget and repositioned their own schedule to help me fix my vehicle. I had an excellent expirience and in the world we live in they performed at a higher level with less time and equipment than any shop Ive seen. Thanks again to Hamel Sales and Service.
First day of our family vacation and the battery light came on while on the highway. Coasted to AutoZone and they recommend Hamel Sales & Services. New alternator & battery and we are back on the road. Extremely helpful and knowledge.
I dont know where to start. I was broken down in a town 10 minutes away from this shop. It was Friday 3 pm. I called every single company and no one felt like helping me. I offered lots of cash but no one cared. Funny thing was, I did not offer Hamel Service any cash when I called them. I also did not find them in google nor elsewhere. A person that knew them gave me their number. I called them and all they said after I explained my problem....trust me, it was a big problem.....don't worry buddy, we got you. Only a few minutes later a tow truck company called me asking about my location...really? When does this happen? Awesome.....so anyhow, me and the kids took a ride and went to this small town with my truck on tow truck to their shop. I was a bit worried when I saw the shop. Please don't get me wrong, I am from the LA area. But as soon as we arrived three guys jumped out of the small shop. Tagled the truck and had it fixed in less then one hour. It started to rain hard but they did not stop cause they knew the prediggement I was in. These three guys were soaked to the bone. But they got it done. Super professional and amazing mechanics. Made my day. I wish these guys the best and I will fly them to LA if I ever need help. They are that good. Pricing is super cheap too. When I got the bill I expected $2k to $3k but they only charged me $700....wow.....don't worry, I took care of them. Real Americans showing how it's done. Don't hesitate to go there. Just the most amazing experienced I ever had as a customer. Period.
I was stranded at the truck stop with a broken down trailer and they arrived quickly. Escorted us back to their shop. Did our repeats and and got us back on the road within an hour and a half. Very reasonably priced. Thank you so much Brett and Scott for all you did for us!
These guys are so nice, they respect you. My vehicles transmission blew and i went back to clean my vehicle out because i thought it was done for, and the man came out and talked to me and told/taught me things i didn’t know. The transmission that was in my vehicle was a rare transmission and it was hard to find one for that type of vehicle. He called so many places and he did not give up. I will for sure be back if something else is wrong with our vehicles. Big thank you to all of them!!!
Total rip off.. they charge 2 hour minimum and $110.00 just to come out... only thing the guy done was tighten a battery cable which took about 10 minutes and left ne with a bill of $335.00
I can't recommend these guys enough. When they heard we were trying to get back on the road as soon as possible they dropped everything in order to make it happen. Honestly what took the longest was waiting for the part to show up. If I lived closer these guys would be my regular mechanics, no contest. Thanks so much guys for making sure we didn't miss our concert!
These Brothers are awesome....The way they treat their customer will enhance everything they do ...I would like to visit again and again even though it far for me 😊
We broke down just outside of Hamel on New Years Eve and these guys came to their shop to have a look and ordered parts! They replaced our water pump, hoses, and belts and got us back on the road around noon on New Years Day! They were awesome and we are so thankful that if we had to break down, that it happened there!!!
