I took my car in with a dead alternator.i ended up with a battery sensor wired wrong draining my battery even when the car wasn't running. It ruined the brand new alternator they replaced and took the new mechanic 3 weeks to figure out what they'd done. If they'd taken the time to test my battery before they let me have it back they would have known there was a problem but they didn't. They aren't careful. Don't take your car here.
Very sad when you have a 76 year Olds car for 6 days then you don't call and ask ìf she can afford another part,then you quote me the total and then tell my mom that's not what you said.you guys are nothing like you was when you 1st opened. We will not be back.your service sucked and you was very rude.we will not ever come back.worse service in macoupin county
Have had a lot of work done here on my jeep they have had a lot of problems with trouble shooting last time I was there they broke part of my dash and said they would replace but never have I think I will be finding another shop to take my jeep too
Was the most humble and straight forwards group and CEO of place took exceptional job on help me, I well most definitely bring and have more friends to your shop thank you for hospitality and grace. I’m seen time we’ll meet again.
Was very dissatisfied and upset took car in for repairs sat for a week before was even looked at then when it was supposedly done picked it up next day started back with same problems didn't deserve one star
Very poor workmanship if you want to pay and arm and leg for there poor quality work if so let them mess up stuff on your car for their own job security you would have better luck going to litchfield quality motors in Gillespie or go to Dallas Richardson
Excellent place to go for price and service. John and all the crew there are awesome to work with ,quick at getting it in and done right. Would recomend this business to all!
