They told me would be 3 weeks in order to do my exhaust sense I cut it off they wouldn't replace it because I have modified my exhaust system already but it was rubbing on my drive shaft. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THESE IDIOTS TO ANYONE

I purchased some used tires and wheels from owner Gregg and installing was part of deal after they were installed the abs and traction control light came on they said it couldn’t of happened there but I called Jeff Perry and shop Forman told me they have it happen when they rotate tires sometimes

I took my 40 year old Datsun 280zx in for an issue with my engine and wow, he found it and temporarily fixed it. Now it runs like a top and he also took time to explain things to me and advised me on what I should do next. Bottom line….he got it running great. Dropped off my Corvette early Tuesday morning to have an inoperative blower motor repaired. Picked it up Wednesday about noon. Everything working perfectly. Great service, on time completion fair prices. Highly recommend this automotive repair business.
If you want a screwing go here. They do unauthorized work on your vehicle even when you tell them to let you know what is going on and how much. Then the woman in the office who tell all this to doesn't remember and you get a Bill that is almost more than the car is worth AND then won't work with you on the payment to get your car back. Mind you the car has been there a couple of times for other repairs. Will Not be going back.
Had exhaust leaks and needed a new dipstick tube. Was called and told it was ready. Picked it up and NO leaks in exhaust repaired ( I found 4) just a new tailpipe installed. No dipstick tube replaced so damned near impossible to check oil and insert dipstick. Gregg’s wont be getting any recommendations from me!
The receptionist was rude and over the phone when our vehicle was done being fixed she told us it would be one price we went to the bank took our money up to pay them got there and she gave us a completely different price and said she was sorry but she gave us the wrong total and expected us to pay the total that she gave the new total that she gave to my husband and my husband said no we're not doing that you told me 585 on the phone and now you're expecting us to pay like $624 that's not what you told me over the phone I'm not giving you $624 she was rude To my husband about it she did not accept responsibility for her mistake and me and my husband were nice and paid 600 which is 15 more than what she told us on the phone. She is the one who made the mistake and we should not have to pay more for her mistake. This is bad business period! I am a business major and I know better than to treat a situation like this how she handled it! It is sad because we have used them several times over the years but never again if they are going to handle their business this shady! I would not reccomend ever! Shady shady shady!
The hood of our car wasn’t staying closed while driving on route 80 and Gregg’s Automotive was close by so we stopped. Gregg identified the issue, addressed it, and we were on our way feeling safe and happy with the service we received so quickly. Thank you!
Worst unprofessional childish business in the nation. The receptionist is a total rag snarling miserable person. Denied my install cause of a comment on no waiting room as I was told to sit at Casey's near by as they have no waiting room. Is this cause they don't want people watching their shady work and unprofessional manners? Do not go here u been warned !!
I got treated horribly here. I was talked down to by their receptionist and denied my appointment. This is not a family friendly facility and was turned away because they didn't want my family and I to wait while my vehicle was checked. I set up the appointment and said I would be there but if something came up I would call to cancel. I will never go to this repair shop ever. They just lost out on a big job and any kind of word of mouth referral to my friends.
We were visiting the Starved rock state park and realised we had a problem with one wheel alignment on our RV, so we visited this local workshop. The mechanic was quick to identify a common problem in the control arm bushing. The next day we were booked in, charged a fair price for the parts and labour and back on the road. Thanks Gregg!

In particular we are appreciate that they--unlike some others--are not in the habit of recommending unnecessary service, repairs, or parts replacement.
Also they have been willing to install less-expensive generic or rebuilt parts and offer competitive prices for the new parts they install.
No, they're not always the cheapest. But they have proven themselves and I trust them.
