My family broke down near Mendota on our way to vacation and we were towed to this store location. Blake and his team were very nice and helped get us what we needed to get back on the road! We really appreciated their kindness is this difficult situation!
I have delt with O'Reilly auto parts stores weekly from Mendota to Rockfalls. Both places have been good to me, but I must say the young men at the Mendota store are very friendly and work very hard to find and get what I need. They are my preferred store.
TJ was extremely rude and did not know anything about cars, he started by yelling at me for wearing a mask and then proceeded to tell me he did not have any ignition cables and told me to get the f out of his sore, rude young men deserve no place at a company I invest so much time and money in.
Unfortunately the store needs some "real" parts professionals. I have to make 2-3 trips to receive the correct part l need. I won't be back they have lost my business.
Our car’s service engine light came on driving from Sheboygan, WI area to St. Louis, MO and the folks at O’Reilly’s in Mendota checked the light for us and then went out of their way and called local mechanics to help us find a place to fix the problem same-day. Wonderful customer service!! We are so grateful for the people working there when we stopped!

I am about ready to take my business somewhere else because they have some people that don't know how to do their jobs right. It is sad when you go in there and you need a part they tell you when it is going to be in and when you get there the part is not in and you have to wait longer than you should or go in there to look for something and the person that is helping you ends up on the phone and you are looking around thinking what the hell. They need to get people in there that knows what they are doing and wants a job that will help you right.
On a road trip & kept having alternator problems despite replacing it earlier on the trip. John & Jeffery were incredibly helpful! We realized the battery was our issue. It’s so refreshing to have excellent service in frustrating situations!
This place continues to amaze me. I come in with multiple questions to be welcomed with friendly and knowledgable staff members. I always walk out with the right parts even if i didnt know exactly what part to get because the staff points me in the right direction. Also cheaper the auto zone which is great
The Store Manager or said he was, was EXTREMELY rude to my boyfriend, and he told my boyfriend to get out when he tried to return a starter that had not been installed at all and was purchased in Aug. And this man has also been extremely rude to my father as well. Very Displeased. and always check your parts before you leave they tend to give the wrong ones depending on who you talk to..I LOVE Susan she is so sweet and helpful
