I think it looks great.
The light bar itself is of excellent quality and performs well, meeting my expectations in terms of functionality and design. However, the customer service left much to be desired. Communication throughout the process was lacking, which made the experience frustrating. While the product is great, I would have appreciated better service and clearer updates.
I never leave bad reviews, and with all the good reviews, this is very puzzling to me. I ordered a topper for my truck, about 3K$ and they said it would take about 3 months to come in. After 3 months i started calling once a month, and was given the run around. On the 6th or 7th month without the ability to carry ladders for my painting business, they said it came in, but they didn't call me, i called them. Finally they put it on, and the rails on the roof rack are uneven. My ladders are like a teeter totter so they bend if i strap them securely. I'm not mad so much as disappointed and helpless. I feel if i bring it back and complain i will once again be without my main source of income for an undisclosed amount of time, with zero communication. Can't win them all i guess, my bad luck.
Ray CDJR sold me a brand new 2020 Ram 1500 and recommended a rubberized lining with a lifetime warranty. It didn't hold up, and I use my truck bed to haul my motocross bike, hockey gear, cooler, and an aerator once a year. The lining is absolute trash. Car dealership sent me here to have the warranty validated, but was told the liner failed from, "too rough," service.
I'm a typical homeowner, not a landscaper or contractor.
Conversely, my previous 2006 Chevy truck had a Line-X lining that lasted over 200,000 miles with far rougher service. I'll likely go to Line-X in Kenosha to have it re-sprayed.
Lifetime warranty means nothing if someone can just walk out and declare it as having been subjected to, "rough service."
Just had a new Leer top installed along with a Decked system on my truck. Brandon was very helpful throughout the process and made sure I had everything installed in time for an upcoming vacation trip. The work was perfect and the commucation and level of service was spot on! Thank you!!
I was referred to Bell's Ultimate Truck Outfitters by the service department of Antioch Ford Saturday. I called and spoke with Brandon. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about upgrading my truck. Very impressed with his knowledge and experience. It didn't take me long to decide Brandon and Bell's Ultimate Truck Outfitters was the place I wanted to work on my truck. Looking forward to working with Team Brandon on getting what I need done. Picked up my truck from here for a cap install, the entire cab and bed of the truck absolutely wreaked of cigarette/weed smoke. They had to warranty my brake controller after they didn’t program it when they installed and they tried to tell me nothing was wrong with it and that I didn’t know how to use my truck and trailer. After they were able to look at another truck and realize I was right THEN they re programed it. When I picked up the truck they unplugged my dash cam and erased all of its data which is super suspicious.
I was recommended here from a dealership! Which is rare for a dealership to recommend a family owned business. I gave them a shot and did not regret it my truck looks nice with the running boards installed. The reason for my rating is due to the fact that the dealership forgot to order the part in time to save from coming back another day. It's a 30 to 40 min drive from where I live. Aside from that the person that was suppose to be there was a guy named, Brandon. But, what saved this experience was a gentlemen named, Mike. The moment I walked in, he acknowledged me, showed empathy from the miscommunication with the part order missing and got straight to fixing the problem. Very generous and he knew what he was talking about when asking any questions to custom your vehicles. Got to chat with him and the crew members while the staff was working on the installation of the running boards. Before they got installed, Mike called out to me to verify if it was fine by me to still continue with the process since there was a VERY small chip off from the paint. I didn't mind but little details like that make me feed comfortable and confident in these gentleman doing work on my vehicle. Trust is hard to earn around town. Kudos to you. I appreciate that Brandon followed up with me that the reason he didn't get the order in time was because of being sick for the day. I don't blame him for that. I appreciate the work your staff do and am definitely going to continue doing service with your business BELLS ULTIMATE TRUCK! Their prices are competitive but what makes the difference is their warranty coverage for years longer than most competitors around the city or elsewhere. Thank you for going above and beyond.
This winter surly put my undercoat from Bells to the test. Summer was an easy win and with all the salt on the roads my undercoat is doing a great job protecting my 2014 Silverado 1500 LTZ. Bells made sure my investment will last due to my well thought plans and Bells hard work.

I recently had a Tonneau cover with a busted lock on my Silverado and there staff was extremely kind and helpful in finding and installing a replacement. I highly recommend these guys!

Just had WeatherTech visors installed. Was able to to come in within 30 minutes of being called that they were in. Last week, I stopped in to order mudflaps for the truck, they had them in stock and installed right then.
Bells got my business 2 month ago. I had just purchased a 15 Ram truck, the tonneau cover back latches were missing. I stopped in on a whim to try and order the latches. Brandon called the distributor, shipping was just as much as the part and 2-3 weeks. He took my phone number to find something more reasonable. I left and within 2 hours, Brandon called. He got with the manufacturer, no shipping and covered under warranty.
Great customer service. I have also order a bed box from them.
