All the men here are very thoughtful and considerate. Today they let me skip the diagnostic fee bc of my situation with silver rock and kia messing up my engine. These guys fixed a fuel injector issue for me by cleaning it out when the kia dealership screwed up my car and wouldn't fix the issue. The guys here are great and I recommend 10/10.

Wow where do I begin. First let's talk about the labor/work. This bodyshop went above and beyond my expectations in handling my repairs. I would highly recommend this business based upon the services provided alone. My next reason for recommending this business is because my custom car was damaged while being parked by a person with insurance under a major well-known insurance corporation. The insurance corporation insisted to the bodyshop how it believed it should go about the repair and parts because some parts were discontinued and it would cost too much says the coproration. This went on for weeks but luckily for me and my car the competent bodyshop personnel, managers, and even the owners have a customer-consumer first based approach in their business. The body shop was able to get the correct part and I'm extremely satisfied.

My personal experience with this shop was nothing but a warm welcome and positive vibes from the staff. They are very friendly, and professional from the beginning and end. My car was well taken care of, and Iam really happy with time and management that led to fix all the issues. They keep you up to date with your cars status and needs. I highly, highly recommend this shop for all my friends and family, and to all.

I appreciated their open communication with me as my vehicle was sent here through the dealership I bought the car from. I was having issues with communication from the dealership as to what was going in with my vehicle. When I called Park city transmission to inquire about my car and it's repairs they were understanding and open about all communication. I really needed that as it was a stressful time and I wasn't getting much information from the dealership I had bought it from. Thanks for your open communication it goes a long way!

Have me a quote for rebuilt transmission when I could buy a new one for around the same price. I feel he didn't want the job so he quoted an outrageous price. Don't trust his integrity.

Mixed feelings. They were outsourced from the place I bought my vehicle from and had to fix the transmission. Said they did a full rebuild but had issues again pretty quickly. Our dealership told me multiple times I had a 12,000 mile warranty but when it came down to the nitty gritty of getting my car back to be fixed. It changed to a six month warranty so I could no longer get it fixed. Miss communication between dealership and mechanic maybe? Dealership won't respond to my phone calls and so I'm just SOL. ?‍♀️

To all of you out there that work hard for your money and value your hard earned money, I strongly advise you not to go to this place.. it's horrible and so is the customer service.. the owner hung up in my face after asking about my truck that I paid them to fix and they did not fix anything and now I have to get my lawyer involved... I even showed the owner a video of where the problem was clear as day and they still took it upon themselves to fix on something I didn't even need and guess?? what my truck is still leaking antifreeze after paying $500 for the problem to be fixed.. DONT NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.. every person I have recommended to this place has left DISAPPOINTED.. it's obvious you have to be Latino to get good service from this place?

Was initially in the area regarding potential work. Saw this little gem of a shop tucked away. Man was very patient. Not dismissive as many are when inquiring about an estimate. Hourly rate is reasonable 80-125. Office/waiting area was clean and the overall vibe of the shop and energy of the shopkeeper was good. I cannot speak regarding the work as of yet. Thanks

I recommend park city transmission 100% for any repairs or body work I was very satisfied with my repairs for my Crv Honda for my brakes and mufflers very friendly people .

I am really disappointed in this shop. They have refused to acknowledge a warranty and three times fixed my car with the same issue surfacing. Just Saturday I was charged nearly two hundred dollars only to have the check engine light come on again not even an hour after the service was completed. They do not value quality, true service and integrity.

What an impressive customer service and work at Park City Transmission & Auto Body! My vehicle had an extensive rattling sound and vibration coming from the transmission. The team was able to diagnose my vehicle’s problem immediately and schedule me in for service as soon as possible. My vehicle was back on the road in less than two hours with no rattling sound or vibration! The results from the work were impressive!

They can’t be trusted, just got my brakes and rotors done. after a week my brakes and rotors are rusted and still squeaking I went back 3 times and still have not fixed my problem. I need to speak to the owner ASAP.

They rebuilt transmission on my 1995 S420, now its shifting like new. It wasn't an easy job, car needed a lot of work (kick down cable, valve body had to be rebuilt, and full rebuild for trans) but they did it right.

Service with a smile, they fixed my wife's van and kept me within budget. All the staff were nice and knowledgeable to what needed to be done to get my wife back on the road!!

I brought my truck to park city in really bad shape, had a guy who i trusted work on my truck and disappeared. I called park city explain to them what happen, they came to pick it up. And alex explain everything to me on what my truck needed and how they rebuilt it. Im really happy with the service. It was fast, detailed, and very friendly. I definitely recommend them to anyone who really wants to keep there vehicle in a good condition and for a long period.

Don’t trust this place at all they will over charge you and make it look like they the only ones that know how to fix it Long story short they say my transmission was the problem and the transfer case Well they did rebuild the transmission and transfer case. After a week A day later after they return the truck it broke down on the highway the same problem for what I had brought the truck in for by this time the so call owner was nowhere to be found he put this other guy to face the problem The real problem from the beginning was the transfer case but this guy rip me off by saying it was the transmission too Don’t trust this people Today my transfer case will not engage to 4 low

Brought my truck in for trouble. They looked at the truck and told me it was this and that. I had them do the work and 30 days later the truck was broken again. They will not give me my 1 year guarantee on labor. Held my truck hostage for months. Then tried to buy it off me. I'm taking them to court for my money back.
