We had a car accident and I called Mercado and Sons. These people are kind, professional and extremely good at their jobs. Answered promptly, got me a driver in less time than the police got there, blocked traffic and redirected it to help us, drove us to our apartment to help us, gave us advice and everything we needed and more. If Nestor is readjng this, you were the best part of one of the worst days. He helped us so much when we didnt know what to do and was calm and professionak the whole time. Cannot overstate if youre in a emergency, call Mercado and Sons. They are worth every single penny and more.
I cannot express my gratitude for Mercados and Sons Towing Service. I called on a busy Tuesday afternoon to set up a scheduled tow to a repair shop in town, and it was such a smooth experience. Got everything set and was provided very clear, concise expectations on when I’d hear from the driver and when they’d arrive. I was able to get an estimate right over the phone (the best price in town for a tow)!! I really liked that they asked what was wrong with my car too so they knew what truck to bring and how to handle my vehicle upon pick up. Communication was amazing and very responsive. Alex was early and handled everything with great professionalism and care. As a remote worker, it was super convenient being able to communicate via text too!!!! Excellent service all around and I will be recommending Mercados and Sons to anyone who needs a towing service!!! 10 out of 10!!!

My daughter was traveling home to Wisconsin from college. She had a tire blow out and was stranded on the freeway. We called for a tow and the receptionist took our information and said a driver would contact us shortly. Less than 5 minutes a driver contacted us and said they were on their way and showed up in less than 15 minutes. The driver was professional, respectful, and got the car hooked up and ready to go quickly and then dropped off without issue. The price was also very reasonable which was a plus but the service was exceptional. Will go back to them every time.

My transmission went out on my car and I needed a tow from Zion to a specific dealership in Arlington Heights. Within 30 minutes of submitting a tow request, Mercado & Sons Towing showed up! The tow driver who I forget his name was very friendly. I was able to ride with the driver to the dealership which I am very grateful for. The driver unlatched my car into an empty spot at the back of the dealership and I was able to get a loaner car in the meantime.
This was my first time needing a tow truck and this was an excellent stress free experience, would absolutely call these people again if I ever need a tow in the area! Must also mention a very reasonable and affordable price for towing!
I’m very thankful for this company. I called to get a tire change, and it was more than just a tire change. The driver and the owner was very helpful know it was more then a tire change. The guy was so nice and helpful and gave me good references to get my vehicle serviced! I will literally never forget your kindness. My son and I were completely stranded outside of our apartment all morning after calling several people to get assistance, the guy came in literally six minutes jump the battery and gave me all types of advice that I am currently using to get my battery replaced.

I broke down on my way from Chicago to Green Bay and the tow driver was extremely helpful. He dropped me off at the auto shop I requested and gave suggestions for things to do while I wait. Definitely made the situation a little better.
