My honest review of driver mentor Ayman. Today I had an orientation day at UGL. For the first time in almost six years, I heard from a competent, experienced, and systematic driver mentor. I learned a lot of useful information from him. His name is Ayman. I also asked questions about the truck and received comprehensive answers with illustrations. Thank you for your attentive attitude towards drivers, high level of professionalism, systematic approach to information, and willingness to share your knowledge with drivers. Thank you.

I’m not gonna lie perfect service no matter how long it takes to repair the issue of the truck but it’s always better to wait in UGL shop 1-2 days leave your truck get vocation and get your truck repaired while you getting rest rather than going to different expensive shops on the road. Customer service is perfect 10 out of 10 !!!!!

I want to write a review about this repair shop. Really Best place for repair you truck ? I had a problem with my truck,waiting about 1-2 hours and get the dock. Mohamed, the electrician, fixed a complex issue with my Volvo's electrical system in just a couple of hours. The alignment on my truck was also done quickly, and now it drives perfectly straight! Hi truck drivers! Decided to share my experience with UGL truck service. Guys were very helpful and friendly. I think this the biggest shop I’ve ever seen in Chicago. Especially, Magamed who did an alignment for me and other stuff which I asked him to fix. He has done perfect job and I can tell that he is pretty knowledgeable mechanic at the shop. So, if you want to fix something on your semi set your gps straight to UGL shop. Highly recommended!!!

I would like to thank the team, in particular Marat and Sagid. The guys work very quickly and efficiently. They changed to new tires very quickly! Also changed the engine oil! The prices are very affordable !
