Great mechanic services. I had to have my car towed and the starter replaced. They did it all the same day! Amazing staff, Betty helped me, and good location, easy to get too.

It’s not often you need a tow, but when you do, it makes a stressful situation much easier when you’re dealing with people who know what they’re doing and genuinely care about customer service. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of reliable towing assistance.
My brakes went out on my car, tried calling my insurance for roadside assistance but it would be a 3 hour wait, called Lalo’s 15 minutes later it was on the flat bed and heading towards the shop, very quick response time, very courtesy and professional, put their number in my phone. I would very much recommend them.

This is the giy u want when you unfortunately break down. He will not over charge infact he asked me so low i price as a customer i raised it 60 bucks because I don't want to rob an honest man . They are so prompt and thorough. This is definitely my go to. I believe they are family owned. Very good on prices and never trying to get over on you. If you need car services they are the people you want to go to. Very friendly and great customer service
These guys were a great team. They were punctual. Compared to other towing companies, the price was reasonable. If you happen to need a tow, don’t hesitate in calling Lalo’s Towing. They will get you situated.
Company never disclosed that it was going to cost over $600. For a 10 mile toe to the collision center, they take extreme advantage of some one in a very dismal situation. I will give them that they were promp in their response.
Had issues with my truck that I needed to bring to the shop. Gave them a call and they were hitching my ride less than 20 minutes later. Friendly fast efficient service, what else could you ask for?
Edward was great! Very professional and prompt. Broke an axle on Thanksgiving thinking I'd miss my family dinner waiting for a tow. Tow truck showed up in 20 minutes from first call and got my son and I home in no time. Awesome service!
Don’t let this people work on your car. I go there for my tire rods and suspension replace, now my car don’t start no more they messed up my engine. The car was driving just fine before I brought it to them.
Lalo towing is one of the bad towing company out there, customers should be careful about this guys. the charge you upfront and after they deliver the car then then charge you extra money.. nobody should do business with this company.
Had a really good experience with this shop, everyone did a great job to get me in and out in a timely manner. Also used them for a tow in the past due to a leaking brake line. They came out and towed me to their shop and had me back on the road faster then anyone else was willing to, due to it being Christmas eve. Very happy with their service and dedication to the customer. I can't say enough good things about this business.
We've been taking our cars to Lalos shop for a couple years now. Very trusty worthy and reliable. Highly recommend. Today my car broke down not movable. It was right after the curve so someone on coming around the curve would not expect me to be there. Thank you Austin for coming so fast!! Very reassuring experience!
Had an excellent service provided for me from a driver named Austin. He was absolutely nice, understood the situation of me needing the car gone, and was absolutely amazing at his job. You know when your on vacation breaking down is a dreaded fear. I broke down visiting family and friends and everyone recommended Lalos . So I went with them the young man Austin came out and picked up my vehicle and got the vehicle towed and it was fixed in reasonable time . Again thanks Austin for making a bad situation positive! Will highly recommend to anyone .
Great company! When my truck broke down I called them and Austin showed up less then 30 minutes later. He got my truck hooked up and towed to a nearby shop. Austin made the whole experience easy and stress free. 10/10 I would use them again.

Austin is the driver you want!! Austin drove two and a half hours from Aurora to Champaign Illinois to come tow us back to Aurora for a very reasonable price. He was very nice and respectful and it was a nice and smooth towing experience.
Very fast response and even faster with the pickup! Wife’s car was stranded in our community parking lot blocking traffic called up Lalo and he said be there in hurry, sure enough 20 or so minutes go by and boom car was on the back of his truck headed to the repair shop! Couldn’t ask for better service!
I was stuck in the middle of the road and Lalo’s Towing came through. I do not remember who I talked with over the phone, but he was extremely nice. The driver was good to god bless both of their hearts. I will be using them from now henceforth for any towing service I might need in the future. 10/10
