This is a perfect towing company if you want to be treated like garbage. I am so upset and angry at how this towing company treated our 24-year-old young man who was stranded in the middle of the night early Saturday morning while on the job doing a shipment for our company. As he was delivering this, his tire blew out. Of course, on the expressway now being 2 am in the morning, this young man decided to call multiple towing companies. He called Limitless Towing, and they told him it would cost $250.00 and $5.00 for every mile to the drop-off location, which was only 2 miles away. My driver was fine with this price when he got there. They connected the truck to haul away, and then raised the price to 775.00$, and that was NOT what we agreed on. They called the police on us because we were disputing the price. Not only was my driver distressed from the tire blowout. Now he was also treated like garbage by the company that was called to help him. Imagine that. This towing company is nothing but a big scam artist, and they will take advantage of you. Trust me, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Limitless was extremely polite and professional. Very upfront with prices, no hidden fees. Arrived on time and was able to get me back home with a tow. Hopefully I'll never need them again, but if I do, I won't think twice about who to call.

Beware! This towing company seems like a scam artist. They charged extra, and when I requested a breakdown of the costs, the staff was rude and dismissive. They insisted on payment in cash and refused to provide a detailed receipt.
Great service, great price, showed up in less than 20 min. very low car friendly aswell n they have the right equipment to make a clean easy safe tow onto the flatbed. Very experienced driver, Definitely recommend
They told me they come in one hour. But make us wait 3 hours on the street. And customers service was realy weired. And by the end they charged more what they told us in the begining.
Worst towing company, be careful about pricing they are very expensive. and the dont let you know about the pricing until they hook your truck so you are stuck paying them their expensive price.
Gustavo is very humble and respectful. On time and fast. His tow truck is like new and very clean. When he hooked up my car I can see he took extra care to not damage anything. Very impressed, I recommend Limitless Tow!!!
Words can’t describe how thankful I was for these guys. When I tell you they came quick , I think it took me more time to browse for a towing service. In addition, my driver was super efficient. Sat in my car for 4 1/2 hours waiting for AAA and Limitless Wrecker Services were there to get my car right when called! They even sent me a picture of my car and let me know all the directions were followed as requested. After a traumatic evening, they made it so much better. Thank you thank you thank you! Quick, affordable, and fantastic service. My son needed his car towed to the mechanic. We called AAA, waited five hours plus, and no one ever showed up. Called Limitless Towing and they were here in 18 minutes and during rush hour no less. They also took extra care loading his car onto the flatbed truck, which we appreciated.
I am writing this review on behalf of all my experiences with Limitless Towing. I had at times found myself in a rut with irresolvable problems that I couldn't acquaintance to be met with my skills as a mechanic. I have personally worked with Gustavo on a multitude of such occasions where when I'm a in rut without a doubt I would always phone him. His kindness alongside professionalism is always appreciated and never the less, and he always goes above and beyond at his job and sincerely cares and puts effort in taking care of not only my vehicles but also my friends and family's vehicles alongside his other clients he’s always been very kind and supportive in circumstances where I freak out at times during summer I had a friend come from Wisconsin a Manuel Subaru, unfortunately, she blew the engine on the highway due to her lack of knowledge of how to properly drive a stick shift, we were alongside a busy highway and Gustavo was able to get us out of the situation very fast he was very understanding and he got a driver to come and get us within less than 20 minutes! Talk about quick and efficient, another occasion was with a catfish Camaro I had, it was a project car and I initially had it sitting and I decided to drive on it briefly eyeing the tires. I drove on a flat tire after paying respects at a cemetery and couldn’t make it home due to my rim scraping alongside the tire completely demolished and I had to get my car towed his brother was very caring as they initially thought someone broke into the car (it was a project car) they quickly and efficiently called me to let me know my door was opened. On another occasion, I had to get a BMW towed and Gustavo was able to do it in a very precise timely manner alongside with delicacy and care! Foreign cars are a hassle so the careful delicacy of being in the automotive industry at times I find myself helping others more with their vehicles by providing potential clients with Limitless towing services alongside friends and family, I recently sold another Camaro of mine and was able to provide the new owner Gustavo’s services with Limitless towing, I would never give out recommendations to anyone unless I knew for a fact that they would be able to go above and beyond and provide excellent care and service, I’ve also junked a Nissan Murano with them so whenever someone asks me about a towing, junk yard removal, lockout service, I always send my best wishes to Gustavo and his family! The quick efficiency, professionalism, kindness, and care, always go above and beyond and always exceed my high standards. Today I got a Nissan towed alongside my BMW Gustavo was quick efficient and friendly as always, and I have never encountered a negative experience with Gustavo and his company. On the absolute coldest day of the year I got my car stuck in a ditch outside my house. After trying to be super hero and get it out myself I realized I had no business trying and these dudes showed up.
