Horrible Service. Acquire One Car & there was damage that was cause by employees & manager told us to bad & didnt even offer to resolve the issue. A year later I grab a second car from here & the truck bed had damage by the employees again & it was not in pictures before buying. Again manager said to bad & didnt offer to resolve issue. Dont recommend buying from this IAAI location.
Went to pick up a car there for the first time today and was amazed of how well ran this facility is, Rachel was very helpful and professional and got me in and out in no time! The loading was fast and precise and plenty of room for big trucks . Also don’t forget your high visibility shirt for the facility, if not you can purchase one in the vending machine in the lobby

Liars I was told my car would be picked up between 8a m.- noon now it's 1pm & no pick up. Lost a day work. I took half a day off now I have to take the entire day off. I call they won't give me a pick up time.bad business
Very dissapointed, they didn't send my vehicle title on my current address, but the business address, the reason they told me was that because of the vehicle is clean title, it should be send on physical adresss not mailing, no other branch does that, will never use this branch again.
First time using this location. I will always come here from now on. Representatives are beyond patient. And will assist you with any paperwork needed. Them cars are different than pictures they are not great places to buy cars copart more honest and there is old lady front desk she really rude and don’t know how to talk and doing her job wish manger look at all that reviews and get those away .

The best place ever i found out about this place 2 years ago and to be honest I always came back every Wednesday they serve u food and treat you like your one of their own . The yard staff does an OUTSTANDING JOB , they assist me every time I need them . Thank you James for making this Branch the best . Keep it up .
Had a car towed there after a total loss accident and went to retrieve my belongings only to find out my CD collection, am/fm transmitter and perfume was taken from the car. Ridiculous.
Christina the ladie in the office is very rude and impolite, she thinks is everybody's boss and has not customer service skills, is not pleasant deal with her.
