STOLE MY CAR!! Mike gave me a quote over the phone and said the minimum he would give me for the car is $250. I thought it was low since the car was still operable and only 12 years old with less than 145k miles. However, I had moved and I was handling this transaction from out of state, so I sent the key and title through the mail. Once he received title he told me he would pay $200 because the steel price had dropped. He was to mail me a check. 2 weeks went by and nothing. I followed up, and he said he would send it out the next day. Contacted him after another couple weeks and he ignored all efforts to contact him for months. I called him from another number and he answered right away. Told me he would call me back in 5 minutes, and I’m sure you guessed it by now, he didn’t return the call. DO NOT
