I run a fleet of trucks so it feels like something is always going down on one. We’ve used them twice now in a pinch, late night both times. Phone staff is always friendly and helpful, price is fair considering we need larger work trucks towed after hours for 40 miles. Very professional and is our go to in the Aurora area.

I Would not recommend this place to anyone! I Gave a $200 deposit which has not yet been accounted for after they outsourced my company vehicle to a third party without my knowledge or consent! VERY SHADY
I HATE to ever have to get my truck towed. I always end up getting ripped off, so i didn't want to have to go thru getting the vehicle towed, period. I was hoping to get the truck fixed on the side of the road but they couldn't get it to run. This was a very positive experience. This Classic company was very clear on pricing & the tow guy didn't try to milk the clock on me. I'm happy with how this turned out. He was efficient and they quickly got the job done!!

I can't say enough about Classic Towing (Aurora). They REALLY came through for us last night when AAA was a 100% failure and fiasco. So much so we are cancelling AAA after 40 years. Husband was stranded 38 miles away in dicey neighborhood at Midnight and 4 calls to AAA, many hours later and totally wrong info each time. We are seniors and didn't know what to do so I went to the internet & put in 24 hour Towing Aurora and a VERY nice man named George actually answered the phone (!) and immediately put Red Truck Classic Towing on the job. Within 10 minutes, husband was picked up and on way back home.
My husband raved about the towing driver named Matt about how nice he was and wonderful to talk to all the way. (Please forgive me if I mixed up both names). Classic Towing is a GEM. We are so grateful to them for their wonderful service and help to us. It was a VERY stressful night and they were the only ones who helped us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Great service. The technician was pleasurable to work with and willing to solve my problems. Had a sports car that AAA refused to tow and Classic Towing was willing to work with it and took extreme care while performing the work. Would highly recommend.
The old lady on the phone didn't barely let me speak and then hung up on me refusing they did any towing services. I guess they have enough business to not care how to treat possible customers.

went there to pick up a car for my buddy who is a young foreign exchange student. i pulled in with my truck and trailer and the driver called me every obscenity in the book, and my buddy every other racial slur in the book. incredibly embarrassing to be around. drunk sped shouldnt have his CDL.
My father Mike, his car broke down 30 mins away. Only coast 117. Next day took that same car to I&J mechanic, 7 mins away, only $90. Their workers are always kind and great. Love how they send ya the recipes.

Channing was my driver and he was a total professional. He even let my elderly black labrador Roxy ride with him in front. Thanks office staff was also helpful because I lost my receipt and the immediately emailed me a copy.
Great service! I called them stranded on the interstate and they had someone there in under 30 minutes. Friendly guy and he had me to my location quick and easy.
The dispatcher was quick to answer and was very helpful. The driver who rescued me was very courteous and professional. I was given an estimate of 20 minutes for the truck to arrive and I think it took about 25. That's close enough for me. I've only had to have a car towed twice in my life and the price was comparable to the last time (family told me it was also comparable to their towing experiences).
Very poor service. I called in a day in advance and made an appointment for 10:30am. I called a was told that the service will be an hour late, not the end of the world. 2 hours later I receive a call asking if I still want the service... and that they’ll arrive in 25 minutes. Nearly an hour after that they arrive unprepared for the services requested. Luckily I found another place that helped me in a timely manner.
Great experience, Bill helped me out and was super helpful and everything was very professional. Will definitely be using them in the future if I need a tow.

I called and Becca, who answered the phone, was very helpful and courteous. I got a fair estimate for a motorcycle tow and I was able to schedule it in advance. (No other towing companies were able to do this)
The next morning Bill showed up right on time and loaded up my bike without any issues.

These guys really know what they are doing. I had a vehicle with a broken ball joint stuck in a tight spot in an alley behind my house in Aurora. I had two separate tow companies sent by my insurance company that came over and told me there was no way they could get my car out of the alley. I found Classic Towing on the internet and gave them a call. I sent them pictures of the situation and they told me no problem. Once the tow truck arrived... 15 minutes later my car was on the way to the repair shop. Of course I had to pay for their service while my insurance company tows were supposed to be free... but seeing as how those tow companies were incompetent I guess the old saying is true: you get what you pay for.
Classic Towing was called by the Aurora police department after my daughter was involved in an accident. I was an absolute nervous wreck but the driver, Dante, was extremely compassionate, friendly, and helped lessen the stress of a bad situation. I didn't make the original call to Classic Towing but I sure am glad the police did. A big thank you to Classic Towing.

Naperville classic towing was one of three companies i called for rates and for the fastest service as i was in heavy traffic broke down. They told me 30 mins which was the earliest time than the other two so i accepted and they asked for a payment to secure spot (which i was hesitant to do) but they did show up way before time. The dispatcher was by far the most easiest to speak to...as for price i was very happy as it was worth every penny for the equipment used and time and friendliness from dispatcher to driver. Will be using as my go to towing service from here on out! I Recommend for everyone possible!

Had a great experience with this towing company. The driver was so friendly and polite. Being a woman and stranded alone in the middle of the night the driver made me feel very safe and comfortable. The cost for towing my car from Aurora back to my home in Naperville was very reasonable especially since I was broken down at 1 in the morning. I am sorry that I don't remember the nice driver's name but they should give that man a raise. I highly recommend Classic Towing to anyone that needs towing service in Aurora.
