I definitely recommend this business for any scrap pickup you may have. Their pick ups and their communication with clients are prompt. I will most definitely user them again.
Great service! I called in the afternoon they picked up old garage refrigerator within a couple hours. Wasn’t even able to unload a few things in there and they still agreed to take it. And it was free! Would use them again if I had something to be picked up.
They were very reliable! They came the same day I called them to pick up my ole washer and dryer. We worked through our schedule they came and picked up and very seamless! I will recommend them anytime!

I found these guys online and asked if they come pick up my old dryer. They responded right away that yes they will come pick up the dryer but never got back to me until 5 days later with details I was asking about. They came picked up fast! Only downside is lack of communication, if they worked on this more better then would be great! But it's all good. Just as fast as you responded about the dryer pick up, you should be fast enough to answer customers response if they need details not whine about how many different places you can't be at one time? That's not my business it's yours! If you're overwhelmed and can't keep track,then you're not running your business properly!
They came and picked up everything today and was so polite and kind and very helpful..if you need anything picked up you should give them a call.

My husband called several times and was told they'd call back with a time for pickup. Our address was given to them and not one time did they say they didn't service our area, always stated they'll call us back for a time of pickup. We understand we only had one item for pickup(double door refrigerator), but its good to reach out to the client with some kinda update of what can or can't be done. The last call to them the guy stated he had someone in West Chicago and would call his guy and then call us back.........no call. We called this morning......no answer. I kinda wish we could've experienced the excellent customer service others experienced with this company, because we love to refer people to great companies. No hard feelings towards them, we wish them the absolute best and hope no one else experiences what we've experienced with them.

Our item was never sitting outside to begin with and no one ever showed up. Our house is surrounded with cameras and the only people that came was a different company we were able to contact to pick up the item when no one showed up from your company. I understand things happen, there's absolutely no hard feelings. We still wish you the very best and thanks for responding.

I called them and just a few hours later they came and picked it up! Very professional and hassle at all! I just sent them some pictures of the things I needed picked up And they took care of it.
FREE means free. I called in the afternoon to pick up an old (but functional) Washer. He said he was just a town away and would be driving by in a few hours. Sure enough he came just before sunset.
GREAT Service to the community and hopefully he could sell or repurpose the washer, if not farewell to scrap metal.

Reached out to the number provided on a Thursday evening, quick response, was told to move washer/dryer outside of garage for pickup on Friday morning. Followed up Friday afternoon as appliances were still outside, response was quick "Let me follow up with driver"
I have sent 3 follow ups since (it's Monday morning), still no response and appliances are still sitting outside.
Started out great with response time, hope everything is alright on their end..since the lack of response is quite opposite of how the transaction started.

Texted owner this morning and got an immediate response. Told me he could pick up around noon same day. He was there and done by 11:45am. Prompt service and very responsive. Will definitely use his services again when needed.
