FREE means free. I called in the afternoon to pick up an old (but functional) Washer. He said he was just a town away and would be driving by in a few hours. Sure enough he came just before sunset. GREAT Service to the community and hopefully he could sell or repurpose the washer, if not farewell to scrap metal.
We had some old metal furniture- Bryan was here within an hour of my call to pick it all up- no charge! He was just as happy about it as I was! Win Win!
Reached out to the number provided on a Thursday evening, quick response, was told to move washer/dryer outside of garage for pickup on Friday morning. Followed up Friday afternoon as appliances were still outside, response was quick "Let me follow up with driver" I have sent 3 follow ups since (it's Monday morning), still no response and appliances are still sitting outside. Started out great with response time, hope everything is alright on their end..since the lack of response is quite opposite of how the transaction started. Update: Finally got a resonse, will gladly update rating if pickup occurs today as communicated. Update 2: Pickup took place, much appreciated!
