I have never had a bad experience with them. They are extremely friendly, fast, and very good at what they do. I have a 2023 Camaro, and I trust them with every inch of that car. I won't take it anywhere but there. Great, great, great service and pricing!

Updated 7/29/22- we still love Birch's auto. They always give great service when we're their and I feel like they care about my safety and car reliability more than making money from me. Everyone is always so friendly. Thank you! Birch towed my car from probst auto body and fixed it for like $400 less than what I was expecting. Brought it back in for an oil change a few weeks later and they warned me my battery was low and old and put a new one in while I was there. Quoted me consistently $100-200 less for stuff I've needed done to my car than Pennington Ford. And their quote price doesn't double after theyve done the work, like Pennington Ford.

Very busy place and not quick to get in on most days. But they are always friendly and helpful and do a great job on our cars.

We came in with a tire we thought would work for our vehicle; they quickly determined our tire had a hole in it right at the rim line where it could not easily b seen, they also determined they had a used tire in storage that would work for our vehicle, and tire rim mount n balancing would only cost us $40 payment, after suffering with a dry rotted tire for nearly 8 months preventing us from driving the vehicle outta town it was nice for Birch's to put a professional, speedy end to our crisis and get us back on the road again after so long. Would definitely recommend them for my vehicular needs and trust their input and suggestions as far as what to do to do it right on my wheels!!!

Great service! Very patriotic thankful and respectful towards our US Veteran's. Very respectful towards our men and women in law enforcement as well. Very very nice place to visit and just spend some time talking to the staff. Top Notch!

My wife, my daughter & I all called them at separate times for 2 months. My daughter is in college & has plenty of money to pay for what she wants done. They said they would come pick up her vehicle before Christmas. Low & behold it's still here & not one time did they call us to tell us anything. Talked to a woman & a man. Coming from a small community we're supposed to buy things local. Birch's Auto Services is a huge let down. Not only did they just lose up to $2000, they will never see a dime from my family again. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. If I could give no stars & still post this I would. They deserve negative stars.

We just got a flat 2 hours from home with our 2 kids and dog in our car. We called another company that recommended we call Birch. The guys that came out were very helpful and got us back on our way quick. Also very affordable. Thank you!

I guess they don't work on car or pickup engines was told I needed to take my vehicle to McClane motors the Chrysler dealership. If you only do tires advertise you only do tires. Lol

Great small town mechanic shop, passing through on a hunting trip and had trouble with my truck. The guy there took a moment out of his busy day to run out and check out what my problem was & fixed it within a few moments. Prime example on why I love the small town mechanic shops.

Amazing service! I desperately needed a tire before heading home to Northern Illinois and he had one in stock. Total cost for new tire, Mount and balance $115. They took care of me!
