I’ve been going to Integrity for almost 10 years now and they have constantly done great work at a fair price. I highly recommend them for car repairs.

We’ve been coming to Integrity for years for our existing cars and they’ve always been efficient and very friendly and reliable. We most recently brought a used car to them to check it out prior to purchasing it for our daughter. We thought it was just a formality for peace of mind, but they found a ton wrong with the vehicle that we would have never been able to see on the surface and they saved us from making a terrible purchase! Couldn't be happier with Integrity. Been there several times. They always treat both my wife and I with respect and courtesy. Fair, honest prices and great work. Update as of 3/25. Still the BEST place I've ever been for service on a vehicle. I'd actually pay more to go here based on their good work, honesty, and appreciation of repeat business. Literally the best auto shop I've ever been to.

I love this place. I always go here for all my car needs. Whether it's oil change or engine repair. They do it all. Very nice and experienced mechanics. It's got such a great atmosphere and great prices!

I’ve been coming to Integrity for years with various vehicles for maintenance and beyond. I have always felt valued and respected. As a woman going to get anything done for a car, there is always a hesitation that you could be lied to or cheated somehow. Let me tell you that integrity is a safe space for women. You are in the best hands here. They are honest and helpful every step of the way.

I can’t recommend Integrity Auto enough! They had multiple opportunities to charge me more, and it would have been completely fair for them to do so, yet they chose honesty and integrity instead. Craig, the owner, went above and beyond to help me when I struggled to get a warranted part from a previous auto repair shop. Thanks to his efforts, the original shop not only covered the part but also paid for Integrity’s labor to install it. Their honesty and dedication to their customers are truly impressive.

These guys were amazing! We were traveling through the area on a cross country trip and stopped in because of a noise we were hearing. Not only did they get us in immediately, even tho it was an hour before closing, but they also had the problem diagnosed and had us on the road again in less than an hour. Thank you so much!

Brought a car in for a belt and belt tensioner. We even told them what was wrong and what we wanted fixed. They billed us $585 for $150 in parts and a 30 minute job. Then they charged an $18.64 convenience fee on the bill and $19.79 in shop supplies but there are no shop supplies for a job like this. This is a $350 repair maybe $400 at a dealership. I know we all need to make money but prices have to be reasonably fair.

I’ve been going to Integrity Automotive for about 5 years after I researched local auto services. They were highly recommended and trusted especially for high end luxury cars. Other than getting an internal battery replaced, I’ve only needed oil changes. They are very respectful and prompt. I have never had a problem with their service and recommend them based on their integrity.

Our 20 year old pickup had transmission problems. It boiled down to a part that had worn down, decreasing it's length so much that the truck couldn't shift gears. The owner identified the failing part, replaced it and now the truck runs like ... an old truck, which is much better than when I took it in!

I had to bring my poor old car in and Craig was more than fair, and very honest about the car. He and his guys could have made the repair I brought the car in for and let me go my merry way. It wasn't easy to hear, but I was and still am thankful they thought my safety was important. I will continue to take my new (to me) car to them.

Great and honest service, most of the time pricing is the best you can find for luxury vehicles. when something was too expensive they recommended somewhere else, most ppl don't do that. Customer service is great too! Craig who answers the phone is very knowledgeable and always takes care of me!

I just picked up my car from Integrity Automotive and only have good things to say. They were great about scheduling, had excellent communication, quick and thorough repair, and very reasonable pricing. I will certainly be returning, best place in town.

I was truly disappointed I'm this place, mostly the uncaring kids that work there. Six days after my car was towed there (including the weekend, to be fair) I stopped in to take a picture of the codes necessary for the correct part. Kraig was good to tell me them over the phone the day before, but it sounded like he said it was a PCM, when in fact, it was a BCM. Wish he would've been more clear, but not a big deal. When we were walking out there, we noticed the right rear tire was flat, even though my car was towed there & was a-ok at that point. Kraig stated it must be a slow leak; wasn't like that a couple of days ago. This was a Tuesday, yet they're closed on weekends (??). In checking out the tire, he then said it was getting low in 3 hrs. Be that as it may, When I picked up the car after it was done, immediately I saw big white scratches on my rear bumper that was not there before. Went in to inform Kraig & while we were looking at it, I then noticed a smaller mark on the front bumper, which was completely repainted just a few months beforehand & was also fine when it was towed there! He tried to downplay it & said he'd get ahold of the owner. In the meantime, I received photos from the tow truck company proving it was fine upon arrival there, yet Kraig said the owner was only willing to pay for the back bumper! Thankfully I disputed the charges with the AMEX (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), so then he caved in & paid for both bumpers. I later found out they will actually use a quad runner ATV to push in and out cars if necessary!! The tire was suspicious since it happened well into their possession, but I let it go since I wanted nothing else than to move on & put this behind us. If all this wasn't enough, they didn't even have the courtesy to use a paper floor mat, so my car was rather filthy especially on the driver side. Unless you want your car treated like this folks, there are places very close by (Ewerts Automotive, Art's automotive) that treat their customer's cars with more respect & are much more reasonable. Low integrity automotive charges approx $185/hr, which is comparative to stealerships, uh, I mean dealerships!

Craig was amazing from the start and was very informative to me and my daughter. She is having issues with her first vehicle and he took the time to explain things to her and he talked to us and answered all our questions and didn’t talk at us or make us feel dumb for not knowing car stuff. We will definitely be going back anytime we need anything. You don’t find people who actually care and are there to help and want to help.

Really amazing! I was on a 800 mile return trip when the check engine light started flashing. Integrity Automotive was the closest mechanic to where I was located, fortunately. I walked in, explained the issue, and they got me right in! I didn't expect they would be able to squeeze me in since two other places had a 2 week wait. But Integrity Automotive did! Within a couple hours I was on my way! They even called to next day to make sure I was okay. Really, this shop is amazing, and the people are wonderful. If you want a place that gets the job done and considers your safety first, this is the place. Excellent work, gentlemen.

I have been going to Integrity since I was in elementary school! First with my parents and now with my own little family. They are reliable, honest, and work quickly. We have entrusted them with all of our vehicles and are our first call when we are looking for new car recommendations while car shopping. Their maintenance team is top notch and their prices are more than fair!

Very friendly staff, even had my 3 year old autistic son with me and they were very interactive with him. They explained everything I needed to know in detail and even printed a car fax for me of my car. Unfortunately my car won’t make it past a year but they provided great service and were so kind!

Craig explained everything and is very thorough. Very reasonable with pricing and don't just say get something done unless its necessary. Honest and I appreciate that. I would recommend anyone getting their car fixed by Integrity.

Great shop to bring your car too. Have had them change my oil a few times now , change my brakes and a head light. Never felt any shady or dishonest vibes since I've been there. Also they are willing to work with your work schedule and figure out how to get the car fixed on time. Even though I didn't ask or need it, they always asked if I needed a ride home after I dropped off my car. Great people especially Craig, has a good work ethic and sense of humor, which I appreciate.

I trust taking my vehicle to Integrity Automotive. Kraig is very professional and respectful. Integrity Automotive provides excellent service. I’m confident they won’t try to sell me service my car doesn’t really need. I’m happy I found Integrity Automotive.

The name says it all, local family business with Integrity! They care about their customers and go above and beyond in the service they provide. I went in for an oil change and had no idea that there was a cabin filter. After seeing mine, that had not been changed in the 6 years I've owned my vehicle, I had to get it replaced. Very fair and honest pricing. The dealer I had been taking my car to never mentioned the existence of a cabin filter because it is hard to get to. We've also gone in with issues with my daughters car and they gave us recall information so we would not waste money on something that was a known manufacturer problem. Great guys!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Integrity Automotive. I own a 1997 Pontiac Firebird and needed some preventative maintenance along with a new exhaust system installed. I had been looking for a reputable mechanic near me, and I struck gold with them. Their service was inexpensive, thorough, and detailed. I would highly recommend you have your vehicle serviced there the next time you need it. I know I sure will!

For any type of car, Integrity Automotive provides the best service you can find. They are very honest, transparent, and they stand behind their word. I have worked with lots of dealerships and car repair outlets, but Integrity Auto is my gold standard. These guys are the best there is, no matter what type of car you drive. Highly recommend them to anybody.

I've been taking our vehicles to Integrity for years. Relative to the dealerships that I used to visit, the Integrity people will get your car fixed right the first time, they're great to work with, and their costs are quite reasonable. If you're looking for a cappuccino and a muffin while you wait then go elsewhere. But if you want your vehicle repaired by people that know what they're doing and can be trusted, then Integrity is the place!
