Backwards business practice, southern illinois has no good junk yards save your time drive the hour to pic a pull in stl, you’ll find more parts in the parking lot of pic a pull in the gravel than in this place has on the whole lot

I called asked if they had the radiator and he said yep give him an hour to snatch it out. Couldn't have been more cut and dry, I pulled up an hour later I give him 50 bucks, he gives me the radiator, told me they'd guarantee it for me for 30 days. Thanks done and done and the radiator works great! Oh and by the way they also can get you the proper information as to whether or not certain parts will cross from multiple years and or other variations of the same vehicle for example Chevy and Buick. Anyways they do exactly what you'd hope they do and I'll gladly shop here in the future!
Called Miller’s to inquire about a spare donut tire, they didn’t have one, but got me in contact the someone who did. That is what I call service. Thanks so much for your willingness to help!!
Needed a part for my wife's vehicle ASAP. Searched around and either couldn't find one or wanted a small fortune for it. I called several salvage yards in the area and same thing. From the moment I called Millers the lady I spoke with was as nice and sweet as could be. When I arrived to pick up the part it wasn't the exact part I needed (2 system fuel pump). The gentleman told me he had the other piece and went and got it. When he returned he asked if I needed both (I wasn't sure at that point), he then said "tell ya what ten dollars more and you can pick up both". Not only were they absolutely about the friendliest people around but are extremely thoughtful and helpful. I know from now on where I'm going in this area, when I need a part.
Not so happy. I just tried to offer the dude payment by phone and he asked me to call back tomorrow. Well it's an additional $50 tomorrow. I thought tow companies were open 24/7?
I called for a part and they told me that no one had time to go look and that I needed to drive over and look myself. I asked again, "can't anyone go look before I drive over?" The lady replied "no, you have to go look yourself, I don't have anyone available to go look for you!" I headed over there a man asked "what we werelooking for there" and I told him. He said "wait here and I'll go look." Omg....???Why did I have to drive over?? Then, ever heard of headsets??? Then why didn't you look before I drove over a lot people working here!! I took my husband since we were told that we had to go look? Ridiculous!!!! We sat in car after 20 minutes finally was told they didn't have item and disguisted, we didn't ask for other items we needed!! So, global warming contributer they are making me drive over! Wasted my time and gas...when you had someone to go look and lied!! Seriously, extremely bad customer service!!!!

Disrespectful, accused of doing something to what I purchased. He had attitude as soon as I walked in. Refused to refund me whenever I have a 90 day warranty. And the product he sold me is absolute garbage. Not to mention it was overpriced. If you love getting screwed here’s your place. DEFINITELY do not recommended giving them a single dollar, you’ll regret it.
They were VERY rude and not helpful at all. Not to mention disrespectful and talked to two ladies like we were beneath them. And then cherry on the cake was when they were called to tow my vechile the tow driver(no names need to be mention) showed up drunk and the cops on scene had to call for another company. After him trying for an hour in half

Fairly small time but very fair and reasonable. Had the parts I needed and the one he didnt he looked up for me and told me about how much and closest. Constantly coming back always nice to do business with.
Was looking for a gas filler tube for my truck, O'Reilly's wanted 76$ for maybe getting it the next morning. I called Miller, they had it new in stock, half the price, and waiting at the counter when I got there. Excellent customer service.
