It was 7:30 in the morning. I was already having a bad day! I went into Quiktrip to get my morning coffee. Come outside my car is completely dead. The lovely staff at Quiktrip tried to jump it. That didn’t work. A friend recommended this company I called them told them I was having it towed to their establishment super friendly on the phone took all the information felt comfortable with the conversation. They said they would call me within an hour. They called me within 30 minutes gave me the price estimate told me when they think they would have it done again felt comfortable with the conversation they said they would have it done by 5 PM. They called me at 4:10 and said it was ready to go told them that I didn’t get off work until five. They said no worries. We’ll send you a text message you pay it. We’ll leave the keys for you in a safe space the ease of the whole day almost brings a tear to your eye. What was a bad day overall they did not add any fuel to that fire. I appreciate it. Thank you so much. We’ll definitely be recommending you to other people.
I was very impressed with how far above and beyond this team went to help me. They checked into a factory recall before I bought a Kia Soul from them & got this taken care of before buying. My bank was giving me a runaround by providing conflicting information needed for paperwork & I had to go back & forth between the bank & the dealership to get the info needed, Joe handled it cool & professionally. The transmission went out within 2 weeks of purchase, and the guys here helped me with a workaround: since it was outside Kia's warranty & they would've charged me $4000+ for a new one, the team here found me another transmission that was more affordable plus credit on top of it to make it more affordable and definitely helped make a great customer experience! They even helped with towing to get it to Terre Haute and back when it was being checked out & provided me with a good-running '05 Toyota Sienna loaner van while I waited. Great customer service all around to make sure I was taken care of!

I was on a 1500 mile round trip from DFW to Detroit when my CV axle snapped and left me stranded in Illinois. Billy and his team me fixed up immediately. A 5 inch snow storm was coming and I would be toast if it weren't for Billy and his team but allowed me to get back to Texas before midnight.

This automotive service has five stars and deserves every one of them! My mother and I were driving back when I started hearing some noises coming from the car. So I did a Google search for an automotive service in Effingham. Webster tires come up first with a 4.9 rating, with lots of good reviews.
So we thought we give them a try! I called them and talked to Billy and explain to him our situation. He said bring it in and I'll have my mechanic look at it right away, and to my surprise, they did! As soon as I got there, Keith was available to take it for a spin. About a half hour went by, as he went for a test drive, and put it up on a rack to physically check it out.
Billy came out into the comfortable waiting room and said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, other than a tire that was wearing weird. He assured me that we would make it back to Arizona, which we did!
I figured out the reason for the road noise! In Michigan my brother-in-law put 45 lb of pressure in the tires, which was way too much! Billy and Keith could have took advantage of us, and they didn't!
This is one automotive shop that is honest and reasonable, as they only charged us 65.00!

This is the best tire and auto service I have visited in a long while. The entire team works together like a fine tuned machine. No part or obstacle stops these men. They will find what you need. I am a mail carrier and my mail jeep broke down on me on the route. Called Websters and they said to have it towed there and they would look at it and fix it up. From the time it was towed until the issue was fixed was maybe 5 hours. I was impressed they go it in quickly and fixed quick! Not to mention they are very detailed when looking over the vehicle! Definitely a happy customer, same day service is awesome especially for mail carriers that rely on their vehicle for a paycheck!
I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Broke down as a hotshot driver there and they did all that they could for me while I was there and even let me stay in their lot while we waited for parts for a day. Was ready to give me a ride anywhere I needed
Found issues that multiple big gm dealers had missed
Really disappointed with these guys today. A while back, I hit a roadside trashcan and the cover for my passenger side, rear rear mirror. A replacement was going to be way too expensive because there’s a side view camera included in the current one and two disable it, according to the local Honda dealer, Would cause other issues. While I was going to have my oil changed and some brake work done today at Webster’s, I asked them to take a look at it and see if they could do anything with it. On the phone, the guy said, “ we’ll take a look at it and possibly see if we can get a replacement.” I thought there may be a small chance that they would have a piece of malleable plastic lying around that they could use to fabricate a new cover. Silly me. They took my car back to do the work and when they brought it back out front, the rearview mirror was covered in about 20 pieces of duct tape. Honestly. Nobody came out to say hey this is about all we can do, etc. They just slapped half a roll of duct tape on it and brought it back to me.
We were headed from Michigan to Memphis, had tire issues. From the time we got there until they were done, about an hour and a half, they were quick. Can't thank them enough, so nice and so helpful!

I had a breakdown on a late Friday afternoon around 4:00 p.m.. I called for a tow to come and get me and take me to Webster Tire and Auto and the great staff at Webster Tire and Auto helped me tremendously by giving me a loaner car to use until they were able to look at my car the following Monday morning and then they called me late Monday morning and told me what was wrong and they got on it and got it fixed for me and all at a reasonable price! They went above and beyond and helped me with a loaner car that was very dependable and I could not have continued working over the weekend and through the first part of this week without their help!!!

These guys did an amazing job! They were able to get a parasitic drain on my battery diagnosed and fixed in less than 2 days! Billy was super helpful and communicated through the entire process! Will definitely be returning with any future needs!
Super fast service, did exactly what I needed (oil change), and cheaper than the last place we went to. We have a Chevy Volt that apparently the Chevy dealership doesn’t work on, but Webster had no issues with me bringing the car in. Very satisfied.
Webster Tire & Auto Service picked up my handicap van the day I called for service. They rotated my tires and checked my brakes and shocks. Changed my oil and transmission fluid, replaced the oil and transmission filters. They sent pictures of the brakes and shocks which for me is a great help. Being paralyzed I cannot look under the van to check or see these things. Seeing pictures and specs, gives me peace of mind knowing all is good. Very fast service and returned same day.
I was very happy with the services I had done at Websters Auto. They got me in the very next day for new tires. They applied a rebate to save me money and they kept me updated through text on the progress. My car was even delivered back to me at work. Thank you for the great service!
I can’t say enough good about Webster’s. They’re thorough and took care of everything. They picked up my car at my work, changed the oil, and brought it back. They even send the invoice via text along with photos. What more could you ask for? Excellent customer service, start to finish.
We broke down at our hotel. They answered the phone a few minutes prior to listed opening hours. They suggested a tow company and got to work immediately upon dropping off our vehicle. They suggested a hotel and restaurants which we used both and were very happy with those choices. The vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and they did great work. They gave us a loaner car while ours was being repaired. The customer service that Billy provided was exceptional. He even called me later in the evening to make sure we made it to our destination in Michigan! Amazing customer service, workmanship and timeliness on repairs and a free loaner car. If I ever break down traveling again, I hope it is near Effingham! Thank you guys!!

Very friendly staff. They were able to see my vehicle the same day to start diagnostics. They sent a detailed inspection report with pictures and videos and recommended repairs. Process was smooth. They also offered a rental car free of charge since it took a couple of days to get my vehicle ready and I needed a car to get to work. This will be my go to autoshop.
Very happy with the service I received. My truck drives like new again. They were very accommodating and had a loaner available, so I could drive to work while they worked on my truck. I appreciated the diagnosis and the text with pictures showing what needed to be repaired immediately, and what their recommendations were for future repairs/maintenance. I plan on having my truck serviced here for future repairs and maintenance moving forward. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a repair shop outside of the dealerships.
