Absolutely terrible customer service from the salesman today. By far worst experience I have seen at any car dealership. Guy needs to learn to be more energized to sell a dang car. Doesn’t greet me outside how like any other amazing car salesman would. Terrible!! Wouldn’t recommend going to the salesman here, rather go somewhere else and purchase a car. I didn’t even want the car after how he talked to me.

I was looking for suv. That's when Chris found me my car a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was great and explained and helped me know what I was getting into. Wife was looking for an Audi Q5 and kept having bad luck getting to dealerships and seeing junk. Phil gave us a detailed video call prior to driving in from stl and even had cleaned it up in that time. Had a check engine light come on that Phil paid to be resolved once we got back home. Great purchase experience.

I drove 3 hours to purchase a truck that I have been looking for for a couple of months was very pleased with the vehicle purchase and they were very Diligent, at taking care of any issues that arose afterwards and stayed in communication until things were resolved ! I appreciate their professionalism and would do business with them again

Last year I Sat down with my salesman steve I was very straight forward about my vehicle needing to last at least 3 years. When we test drove my ford f150 the check engine light was on. We informed our salesman steve about the check engine light and found out it needed spark plugs. Steve agreed it was no big deal and they'd take care of that. Sweet.... While they were replacing the spark plugs they broke some of the plugs on the head. In the process the head had to be replaced. (Due to them not to me) a week or two after we got it the check engine light came back on. I called again and they looked at it again and said they fixed the issue something had just come unclipped. The second go around I asked tyler if maybe they could work with the sales side to get me in something different because apparently this was going to be an issue. Tyler did not do what i asked so they fixed it again. In this same time I asked for a refund to cancel out my loan since I hadn't even made my first payment and was refused that as well. Long story short the issue is still the same and I'm now driving an $8,000 truck that has a timing and transmission issue. I left a 1 star review initially and was going to leave it at that but the owner phil asked me to contact him Friday so I did. I explained that I was still unhappy with the truck a year later, re explained what happened, and didn't want them popping up on my searches anymore because I wouldn't be back. He offered to do some research and get back to me if i could get him the codes from the check engine light. I sent him the codes Saturday and we agreed to speak again Monday. I hadn't heard from him by 5 pm Monday so I called him, he said he hadn't made it there and we agreed to talk Tuesday. Today i had to call him again having not heard anything back. After he called me back he asked what i wanted him to do. I asked what he was willing to do. I explained it sucks having to put off buying a house another year because of this and we missed a lot of family stuff because we couldn't drive it home to STL. At the end of a wasted 30 minutes he stated he wouldn't look at the truck or help fix anything. He kept telling me about how they went above and beyond. Point of a customer review is it is the CUSTOMER OPINION NOT YOURS! Above and beyond would mean my issue was fixed 1 way or another. Above and beyond would not be throwing 3 grand worth of work in my face like I should kiss your butt for it. At the very least please explain to Tyler that if a customer makes a suggestion at least give it a shot, if a customer says hey this isn't working give them a refund, and correct steve on if a customer says i need something to last and you have a doubt that it won't then don't say it will.

I got the EXACT car I was looking for! I had a specific vehicle with certain features in mind and they found an exact match! The price was fair and absolutely zero sales pressure. The paperwork was quick and easy. Strongly recommend. I'll use them again in the future!

Great experience from start to finish with these guys. Instead of the normal endless combing of the internet/driving to some random location that I normally do to find what I was looking for, these guys went to work and FOUND what I was after and got it in. The quality and cleanliness of the used vehicle was awesome, and we made the deal! This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve had. A couple of weeks ago I told Tayler what I was after, what I was looking to spend, and when I'd be home on leave. In that time we emailed back and forth and he found me the exact car I wanted at a really great price. I was in and out of there in under an hour, including my test drive. These guys are sensational really. They got us in immediately regarding an electrical problem with our van and made us feel right at home. Very nice people that are amazing with the customer service. Although our problem was never fully fixed, they were able to get us a temp solution at short notice that competitors weren't able to supply. They are very reasonable with their prices.
