The service was absolutely spectacular, we were stranded after hitting a deer and not only were they kind enough to take us to our hotel but we also had two dogs with us. The kindest most hospitable group of people.
Had my truck towed and held very respectable staff went out thay way to make sure I was OK.
And safe for the night.
Had my dog with me and thay even had dog aspirin type to help him ..
Can't say enough on how helpful thay were.

My daughter lives in Effingham and had an accident on the interstate near Mason. Her Jeep was towed to this shop, and I can't express enough good things about the staff there! Her dad and I are about two hours away from her, and we felt helpless since the Jeep was not drivable at all; a wheel had been ripped off.
The team was incredibly kind to her and to me. I had to call and ask if they could remove something from the Jeep before the insurance company came to pick it up. Not only did they do it, but they also delivered the part to her at work! Their kindness went above and beyond our expectations.
As a mother, I want to sincerely thank them for helping my daughter when I couldn't be there for her in her time of need. Some might think it’s silly, but that Jeep was her pride and joy, and they made this difficult situation a little less painful for her.
I was treated with nothing less than respect. The young man that came to tow my truck and trailer was very professional and you could tell he had great morals about him. I later got to meet the young man's father Mr. Richard and he was also very willing to inform me some things about what might be the problem with my truck. He made sure that I was comfortable until I could arrange for a hotel room and he even gave me a ride there and picked me up the next morning. My daughter was in a terrible accident near Effingham moving to college with her entire apartment in the car which was demolished. , I70 towing gathered all of her items that had been tossed along the road and in the ditch and brought the car back so we could get out belongings. They were so kind and patient and easy to work with. Richard was so kind to us and made this awful mess tolerable. Very grateful!!
A elderly lady was stranded on highway I-57 by Effingham Illinois and called me Pullup On U Auto Repair & Tire of Marion Illinois to assist her. I gave these guys a call, Without a doubt these guys didn’t hesitate to give this lady a hand by any means. I would recommend these guy’s every time!!
If I could give 10 stars or more I would. Richard was and is an angel. My step dad was "missing" and we were worried about his well being after having hit his head and was complaining of his brain hurting and feeling dizzy and foggy. I called this company and Richard answered the phone and he was so sweet, calm, helpful, empathetic, and went above and beyond to find my step dad. While my step dad was not at this man's business, he went out of his way to find him up the road a couple miles. Richard is an angel sent from God and this company is the perfect company for any and all needs regarding trucking, safety, the whole 9 yards. I will forever be grateful that this man found my step dad while I am 900 miles away. Thank you SO MUCH Richard.
We had a family car towed in an emergency. While, no one wants that, the experience with Richard was amazing and unexpected.

Very fast and efficient, my driver broke down near their shop, they immediately hooked it up and drove it to our yard and the price was more than reasonable, all praise for this company.
Fast friendly quality service. My alternator quit working and batterie died on I57 just south of Effingham. Eathan came and towed us back to the shop, he ran to the parts store for a new alternator, installed it and we where back on the road. Geat people to call when in need of help.

If anyone has automotive breakdown in or near the Effingham Illinois area car, truck, trailer, motorhome or big rig save their number in your phone. Ethan and his brother came to my rescue when my motorhome broke down. They were all about safety. Then I had the pleasure to meet his father Richard and mother Tammy. Interstate 70 Towing is no doubt top notch. I had an unusual situation while traveling alone that required a huge metal reel to be unwedged and taken off my trailer when it came loose. They were there quickly - and took care of it for me. They also checked over the trailer tires, hitch etc. for me before putting me back on the road.

We seriously got super lucky with them being the ones who answered the state police dispatch call for a tow truck, for truck and 5th wheel camper, when the first 3 the state police tried didn't answer. They showed up sooner than they had quoted dispatch, they were professional, caring, and compassionate to the situation. They went above and beyond what anyone would have expected for a tow company. In all the years of travel we've done we've needed tow companies a handful of times and Interstate 70 has blown everyone else out of the water with their friendliness, caring and compassion.
They got my husband's truck and camper back to their lot, drove him around to get the part that we thought was this issue, took him to grab dinner because his truck was broke down, took him the next morning to grab said part, when that wasn't the issue they worked up a plan together so my husband could still make it to his job on time. Let him use their shower. They then got his truck fixed, meanwhile my husband was 6 hours away at work for the week and they even kept him in the loop with the repair, he got off work Saturday drove the 6 hours back to them to return the uhaul truck and get his truck and camper, slept their Saturday night in his camper, hooked up and left for the campground he needed to get to Sunday morning. Truck is fixed, my husband is very happy with the customer service he received, and that nothing negative happened to his truck and camper while he wasn't with it as he typically doesn't let anyone else touch his truck (I'm lucky I get to drive it occasionally, but I have my own lol).
Thank you doesn't even come close to being enough because you all went above and beyond, it was so greatly appreciated.
Great experience in late Nov 2023.. Very quick response after roadside assistance from insurance left us stranded. Professional, helpful and reasonable price. Towed us 20 miles to Effingham, took us to place open at 5:30 pm where they could diagnose engine emergency lights that had come on requiring us to stop and then also made sure hotel across highway could accommodate us overnight and took us there with sufficient belongings from car. Great service, great people. Do not hesitate to use them
The interstate 70 towing team was very quick to rescue me and my family after we struck debris and broke down on I70 during a cross country trip. They towed us to safety and even provided a ride to the local enterprise to rent a car.
After working with my insurance they quickly got my car back up and running for me to drive through and pickup on my way home. Very easy transaction, thank you very much!
This place absolutely ROCKS. Our company was involved in a bad situation where towing AND recovery was necessary. These folks did a great job to the extent of making certain our driver had money for his hotel stay!
To top this, the owner(Richard) picked up our driver the next day and brought him to the shop to get his things and dropped him off at the truck stop so he would be ready for his ride home with another of our drivers!

Couldn't ask for a more polite and respectful towing company. Would highly recommend it if you ever need a semi tow. Fair and reasonable price on truck tow. Even though we could not solve the issue and had to tow the truck to a Service center for warranty repairs. I really appreciate the help. Gives hope that there is honest people out here and not highway robbers.
I called for a lock out. Locked my keys in vehicle. Bad day... arrival time was about 20 minutes. They were very professional, and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. Friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. Thanks guys.

one of the good customer . i use the service and they give me fair price and work professionally .i have many bad experience with towing service i was agree to pay $500.00 end up paying $3000.00 but when we see good companies like interstate we have to encourage and recommended them so we can have many good people and good companies.
