Employees where helpful but really came up short concerning knowledge of parts and even there own computer system. I kept thinking one of the other employees would surely come to help her but unfortunately that didn't happen and I eventually had to turn the computer and help her myself.
They guys in Paris have kind of gotten to know me a little bit. I've been working on the same car for months. They offer advice or suggestions, trying to help me because I'm not a mechanic. They're usually pretty patient and seem to know their way around a motor a bit. A wise man has many advisors. So I will take their input too. Average prices. Usually next day delivery for the things I've needed. It's my first stop for automotive.
Showed up at 730 and the 2 kids who were working refused to look up parts because they were closing in 30 minutes. Would just make the drive to a different store and not even stop at this one
Our local O'Reilly is our favorite car parts store. The employees are very friendly and very helpful. Jake even helped me pick out stocking stuffers for my husband for Christmas!
Super service checked my battery alternator and starter.

I've been buying parts from O'Reilly's for quite a while and while we did have a small problem this time around the manager took immediate care of it and I was more than satisfied. I've always had good luck with O'Reilly's and I'll absolutely be coming back for the next round of parts.
This place is a waste of time. Constantly giving my brother the wrong parts. Even after bringing this to their attention, they STILL ordered the wrong parts. Time and time again.
