Jeremy at Kit’s towing was fantastic to work with. Being stalled on the side of a highway is a nerve wracking experience, but working with Jeremy was seemless. And my car was two hours away. He got my information and set out on a Sunday afternoon immediately! My car was delivered to my local mechanic all within a few hours. While I hope I will not need towing services again anytime soon, I know I will be contacting Kit’s towing services if I do!
Jeremy gave me a tow when my car broke down. He arrived quickly, took extra care while loading the car up, and even took care of delivering the car on my behalf to a mechanic. Awesome guy! would highly recommend Jeremy and Kit's towing!
My rental vehicle was towed by Kit’s and obviously it could not be released to me and I get it but Justin & Kevin’s demeanor towards me was worse than my rental getting towed! I would never personally use their towing service. Yes, you do have to pay in order to retrieve your vehicle out of a towing facility but it doesn’t cost a thing to be just “NICE”

Jeremy was amazing! My Jeep Wrangler was stuck in a lower level parking garage for 3 days because all the other towing companies I called said they couldn’t get it out. They didn't even bother to try. He got the job done, no hassle.

Jeremy helped me out significantly, my tire got flat and when I called he definitely had my best interest in mind and took the time to answer all my questions for the best solution. Only tow service out of 7 or more that we called and this was the only one willing to help and take us back home if needed. Best tow experience by far! My girlfriend got her car stuck late at night and Jeremy came by and helped her out. He was very helpful and explained what he was doing so that there would be no worries with what he was doing. He did the job quickly and effortlessly too on a late notice! If I’m in the area he will be the first person I try to contact if I’m I having car trouble!

We had a family member's car in the driveway with difficulty starting. It is a hybrid with a keyless start. It would not recognize the key fob, the anti theft was engaged, the locks were not working, it was indicating that we needed to check the breaks, restart the car...It was going haywire! Seemed like the entire electronic system was on the fritz. We were expecting someone to just roll in and hook the car up for a tow to the dealership for maintenance. Instead, Jeremy came, took the time to listen and understand the issue. He suspected that it was simply a battery that needed a charge. He also gave an excellent explanation of why this was likely the case. He took a reading of the battery which confirmed his suspicion and with a charge, we were back up and running! No need to tow! Jeremy was skilled, professional, friendly, and efficient. Far more that we expected as we have not had service to this level before from a towing company. Highly recommended! Thanks Jeremy!

Kits Towing was out to get my car less than an hour after contacting my insurance company, who then had to contact Kits, so I was expecting a long delay for the pick up. Bill was polite and helpful! I was extremely happy with both Kits and with Bill.
My car wouldn't start when leaving work last night, so I needed a tow. It took my insurance company a while to find a tow company (which I have no complaints about, I just needed my car to get to an auto shop). Around 9:30 PM my insurance called me, told me the company they had lined up was Kit's Towing and gave me their phone number in case I needed it. I immediately called because the parking area my car is in is an obscure one, I wanted to let them know where the keys were located, and I had left with my family who came to pick me up (which my insurance company had told me was okay). I got a hold of Jeremy who after a bit of confusion, very condescending attitude towards, and telling me insurance companies are "just out to screw over tow companies", I was told that he had declined the request for tow due to not having the right equipment available (which is fine, I am not upset that they had to decline it). However he acted like I was somehow at fault for the mixup my insurance company made by telling me Kit's Towing was scheduled and giving me their contact information. After that I told him that for future reference he might want to consider changing how he addresses customers, because his customer service was terrible. He yelled at me about how his company doesn't do customer service, called me sweetie/babe/sweetheart in a mocking fashion, angrily yelled at me that he's very kind, he's the manager, told me his name, and I can look up his reviews. He ended up hanging up on me while I was in the middle of telling him I hope he gets rocks stuck in his shoe and calling him a 4 letter word. Not the most constructive behavior on my part, but this guy was a big jerk to me.
I spoke with my insurance company and let them know that Kit's Towing might be a company they use as a last resort.
This company does have quite a few positive reviews which I am sure they've earned while doing the job well. But if you look at their negative reviews you'll see a trend of poor customer service/ communication. You'll also see that they make a point to reply to reviews (good and bad). On the negative reviews they seem to try to shift the blame onto the customer to make themselves feel better, and to not try to reflect on an important aspect of their business that they need to improve.
If you need the tow job done, and don't care about being treated in a respectful manner, I will recommend this company.
However, if high quality customer service is important to you, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.
I had a streak of bad luck with my '02 Envoy that required 2 tows on 2 separate occasions. State Farm dispatched Kits both times. Jeremy was great, I rode with him to the repair shop #1 and got a really good education on the nuances of towing. They had a neat truck that can get into really tight spaces. Second tow was with Bill, and again, great service. No damage to my car on either tow. Took them about 45-50 minutes to arrive each time.
Had a bit of an issue with my car which left me stranded on a major highway at 930 at night. Rob came through in the clutch and literally called me within 5 minutes to confirm my location and let me know his real Eta which was awesome. Great guy awesome experience and made sure my car was well taken care of. Highly recommended, and will definitly let my friends know about kit's and Rob.
