Needed someone to come out and change my battery for me. So I went online and looked at a few places and these reviews are what sold me. He was very good at communicating the cost and what time he would arrive. Very nice man. He was in and out. Would recommend to friends and family.

I am very pleased with the service and professionalism! Despite it being 4° outside, the technician Jay arrived quickly and changed my tire within 5 minutes. He even went above and beyond and checked the pressure in my spare and aired it up for me. I am so thankful and grateful for his kindness and efficiency! 5 STARS

My car battery died (parked in my garage). Called in the morning technician was very friendly asked the right questions so that when the technician came out they would have the correct battery and confirmed pricing ahead of time. Provided timely text updates as to when tech would arrive which was very helpful. Technician arrived and provided a quick overview of time it would take and asked if I had any questions once the battery was replaced.

They did a spectacular job! I had a squirrel literally eat the top of my battery and I recently had a major surgery so I couldn't replace the battery myself. Amazing and honest service! My husband’s car didn’t start after we trying the jump start on our own so I called towing recovery service after reading the good reviews. Corey was great to work with. He explained many possibilities and suggested me the best option for my benefit which I really appreciate. And the jump start price was $90 with credit card. I don’t know how much other place charge it but I am thankful that I was able to drive to the auto body shop to find out more because the battery was 2023. Overall, great experience! They also have body shop in Plainfield called “Last Chance”. I’ll definitely recommend their services if you live near by!

I’m not usually one to leave a reviews but these guys are awesome. I got locked out of my car and called 3 other locksmiths before calling these guys - all of them told me they’d get back to me and either cancelled or never called back. It’s a holiday weekend and in the middle of nowhere, which I expected it to be busy, but it still took over 2 hours for anyone to get back to me or for an update. Finally called here and immediately they said they’d get someone here within the hour, were texting me with updates and were super nice once they got here. 10/10 would call again if I ever get locked out again haha

Stranded with a dead battery Downtown Chicago in a parking garage on the Easter weekend is no fun. A couple of phone calls with no answer. Tow Recover Assist's website looked promising. Gave them a call, and they had a battery technician to my location to assist me with my battery problem within 90 minutes. They delivered and installed the new battery onsite for a fair price. I was quite surprised and very happy how smooth things went.

I’m glad I had someone else do because my engine was also flooded and I wouldn’t haven’t gotten it started even if I had managed to put in a new battery! There is always a reason to call an expert :) Corey was really nice over the phone and being able to text info was super convenient.
