The crew at Junk in the Truck were great to work with! My parents had 25+ years of stuff that had accumulated in their basement. Some that were bags and boxes and lots of random odds and ends and old furniture. It was an overwhelming amount. Five trucks and almost 7 hours later, the basement was cleared out! The guys worked so hard all day with smiles on their faces. I prefer to support local small businesses and was happy to support this family run business.
I had some used furniture and old TV’s hauled away today by Junk in the Truck, Junk Removal & Hauling Naperville, and couldn’t be more impressed. David and team were absolutely exceptional, professional, efficient and incredibly courteous from start to finish. They arrived on time, assessed everything quickly, and got to work immediately. Junk in the trunk is the best company. They beat the price of all the competitors I got the quote from at the 5 star quality service. They were super fast, detailed oriented, excellent job. I spoke with the owner and another employee, they are extremely motivated folks. I wish them all the best.
Very professional and friendly to pick up furniture for removal (5 stars) , but as far as moving the rest to public storage (1 miles away, 5 minutes ) first they said 550.00, then I got a call stating 650.00, finally 800.00. Nothing bubble wrapped, things broken. Never to be used again. Pick up is fine, but moving is terrible (1 star) My fault for not seeing reviews for moving items and they never gave us an estimate to solidify the deal, also it was suppose to be 3 movers and they were well over 1 hour late.
This crew was amazing! They worked so hard but made it look so easy! The guys were efficient and very polite. Their estimate was so reasonable compared to others. Using Junk in the Truck was a no-hassle experience for me. Plus, it is such a good feeling to have all that "junk" out of my house. The 2 gentlemen that helped to move out the furniture I no longer needed were above and beyond excellent! They were so respectful of everything in the path of the furniture including my light fixtures and doorways. One of the sofa’s was unusually cumbersome and they moved it as a great team. And 2 of the pieces were extremely heavy and bulky and they were able to move them as well. I think the price was very reasonable. And more importantly, I was able to ask them to donate the couches to a charity ! Everyone was so wonderful to work with- I so appreciate their hard work and respectfulness. I highly recommend this impressive company!

I was so very impressed with how easy it was to work with Junk in the Truck for the removal of unwanted items from my home. When I called, the lady was so friendly with helpful information about pricing and that they donated items that were in good condition to other organizations. A date was set and the men contacted me when they were near-by. They arrived during the time window. After taking pictures, they gave me a price and moved the items. It was so easy. Everyone was friendly and professional.

We booked a dumpster and asked to add on movers to haul away some stuff that was too heavy for us to get in the dumpster and they had no issues with the last minute addition. She called back soon (I was impressed with her response time) and she sent Brandon, team leader of his group. He was fabulous and he introduced me to his crew and they loaded up our deconstructed old shed and the job was completed. Fabulous persons to do business with especially their responsiveness. This is such a great company! Their pricing was very reasonable for my hot tub removal. The guys were very careful of my plants that were surrounding the tub, and very consciousness of making sure all trash was removed. Katie was very nice to work with and I couldn't be happier. What a great service! We had a large wooden shed that I took down and needed to get rid of all the wood. Also had a large variety of old monitors, printers, tvs, and a lot of junk collected over the years. Junk in the Truck delivered a huge bin to our driveway and collected it later in the day. The cost was half of what other providers wanted. Great customer service, great price, great bin!
