Had an upright piano taken away. They showed up on time, were very courteous and took great care not to damage any walls or flooring. Had the piano out of the house and on the truck in 5 mins. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

I couldn't be more pleased with the crew that removed my "junk". Our metal Gazebo collapsed recently after a water main break and freezing temps. The team were timely, reponsive and removed the wreakaged in far less time than I could have resolved myself. Cudos to this team and their effort.

David and his colleague made this process very easy. I walked them through the house and pointed at everything I needed hauled away (which was quite a bit) and less than 45 minutes later, it was all gone. They were very nice and professional. I must also throw in here that Jenna at the office was excellent with communicating and coordinating with me on scheduling and very responsive whenever I reached out to her with questions. The whole process was seamless. Great job team!

I called Junk in the Truck for a quote on a large roll off bin for a basement clean out. From my first interaction with Jenna, to the day of the final pick up I was impressed. Jenna helped me to choose the appropriate size bin for my project and was pleasant, and helpful throughout the entire process. Great customer service! The day of the drop off, the team member brought it same day as the call (within 1.5 hours actually). They were professional, and thorough. The day my term was set to end, I called the office back inquiring about an add-on service (the removal of multiple granite slabs). Jenna updated my quote and assembled a team to assist the original individual who was coming for the bin pick-up. The guys came, broke up the granite, and knocked the job out quickly. They were very professional, nice, and they cleaned the area after completion, hooked the bin up and left. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them in the future if I ever need another clean out. Thanks a bunch!
Quick and easy pick up with fair price for convenience. The movers were very friendly and thoughtful, even thinking about not tracking snow on the carpet, which is very important to me. Very professional also. The picture is the chaise I had removed.

Getting text updates throughout the process was very helpful. I also like having a quote before they show up - the price was less than expected! The guys were friendly and helped make the process of cleaning out the furniture from my mom's storage unit less stressful. The only recommendation I have is to look at the pics of the items before arrival to make sure you have enough dollys.
Katie has been nice, helpful and overall amazing since the beginning of the transaction. The bin was dropped off exactly within the time frame they gave us on the day we scheduled it. It was placed at the exact spot I asked them to place it. Pick up was hassle free as well. Would definitely recommend their business.
Max and Robert arrived early in the window I was given. They were able to quickly take the items out and into their truck, where they played an expert game of Tetris! The Cherry on top was how polite they were before, during, and after removing the furniture.
The team was fast, thorough and respectful. They cleaned out a ton of stuff in great time and it was WELL worth the investment to have them do it, rather than get a dumpster or go through it all myself. I especially love that they donate as much as they can to great local charities, which made it a no-brainer. I highly recommend them.
Wonderful responsive business. I couldn’t make up my mind whether I wanted to pay someone to remove all the stuff from our house before it goes on the market. My only regret is that I didn’t call sooner. Katie and Max kept in touch with me and was able to schedule the day after I made up my mind. A walkthrough, estimate and pick up were all done in the same day. I would HIGHLY recommend them because of their prompt reliable (and super nice) service and their fair and competitive pricing.
The crew at Junk in the Truck were great to work with! My parents had 25+ years of stuff that had accumulated in their basement. Some that were bags and boxes and lots of random odds and ends and old furniture. It was an overwhelming amount. Five trucks and almost 7 hours later, the basement was cleared out! The guys worked so hard all day with smiles on their faces. I prefer to support local small businesses and was happy to support this family run business.
Junk in the trunk is the best company. They beat the price of all the competitors I got the quote from at the 5 star quality service. They were super fast, detailed oriented, excellent job. I spoke with the owner and another employee, they are extremely motivated folks. I wish them all the best.
Very professional and friendly to pick up furniture for removal (5 stars) , but as far as moving the rest to public storage (1 miles away, 5 minutes ) first they said 550.00, then I got a call stating 650.00, finally 800.00. Nothing bubble wrapped, things broken. Never to be used again. Pick up is fine, but moving is terrible (1 star) My fault for not seeing reviews for moving items and they never gave us an estimate to solidify the deal, also it was suppose to be 3 movers and they were well over 1 hour late.
Great local company for your disposal needs. They came out promptly and on time. We agreed on a price for removal of brick debris from our shop and was taken care of at the same time. We will use them again.
I called Junk in the Truck this morning and spoke with Katie. She is extremely personable and gave me a quote via text pics. She called back soon (I was impressed with her response time) and she sent Brandon, team leader of his group. He was fabulous and he introduced me to his crew and they loaded up our deconstructed old shed and the job was completed. Fabulous persons to do business with especially their responsiveness. This is such a great company! Their pricing was very reasonable for my hot tub removal. The guys were very careful of my plants that were surrounding the tub, and very consciousness of making sure all trash was removed. Katie was very nice to work with and I couldn't be happier. What a great service! We had a large wooden shed that I took down and needed to get rid of all the wood. Also had a large variety of old monitors, printers, tvs, and a lot of junk collected over the years. Junk in the Truck delivered a huge bin to our driveway and collected it later in the day. The cost was half of what other providers wanted. Great customer service, great price, great bin!

Junk in the Truck is the best! They were fast, affordable, and so easy to schedule and coordinate with. They demolished and hauled off our old shed in under 3 hours, and left our yard as clean as when they arrived - no debris for our dog to get into. Absolutely recommend!
