Zeke is a true hero and saved the day! He is an experienced mechanic with lots of knowledge of how to use the products in his store. I really appreciate his customer service and keen attitude towards helping people. Thank you so so sooo much for helping us get the right products we needed for my mini van. 10/10 would reccomend him for all vehicle questions. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure you’re safely and comfortably on the road again. Thank you Zeke!!!!

I was routed here by a different NAPA location since they didn't have a part in stock. Arrived 30 minutes before closing. Waited for 20 minutes and was told they don't have staff to pull the part, with two people working in the front desk. Horrendous experience.

Came to deliver a load. They’re very appointment based. I came a whole day early to deliver, and they turned me away… However, the manager spoke with some people and was able to work me in thank the Lord. It’s a little tight. Receiving docks are all the way towards the end, and the receiving office itself is at the end as well. Warehouse worker was friendly, even as he turned me away the first time he was still friendly about it. From when I backed in to when I left, it took about an hour.

I was made to wait a good 15 minutes ( or more, even if a staff told me they "will be with me in a sec") when I got there and then ended up being attended to by a new staff who was struggling a little bit (we've all been there, he was pleasant tho) One of the products I was looking for was not avail except for a 10 ct pack when I only needed 1.... is that good business!?!? I don'tk ow if they needs more staff or they just need to resructure their customer response time. I have been here years before and had very helpful people then which is why I chose to go back vs other competitors...... I ended up going to the competitor anyway

Ordered a part that was in store here while everywhere else was online order and wait a week. Much appreciated that 30 minutes later i had it in my hand and guy behind counter looked up other parts as well. Thanks

Came in to return an item I ended up not needing (my receipt was faded out due to getting wet from the rain we had a few days ago which I had accidentally left on the trunk of my vehicle when working on problem we were experiencing). Ivy was still able to return the item and issue a refund. She was very polite :) Thank you thank you thank you

They tend to have lower prices than competitors, and the biggest and most varied inventory. Our family often goes to NAPA when parts at other stores are too expensive or out of stock, and they always come through.

Fully stocked store. Very helpful staff and gets your parts within couple hours if not available in store. They have all off end hoses and fittings for vacuum lines and fuel lines.

This place is #1 for customer service!!!! I dealt with Ivy and she was simply amazing!!!! She answered all my questions and very knowledgeable. She goes beyond to help get what you need. Thank you Ivy a bunch....you are definitely an asset!!!!!

Customer service for online orders is horrible. Everytime I call their phone system has some weird pulsing background noise. one time a baby crying, I have called 4 times trying to get my return credit and I can barely understand the service reps. I UPS'd the parts back and 3 weeks later they don't know how to credit me, even though UPS sent me a receipt that they were received. They keep saying they need a few more days. this is really unacceptable. Followup: I called 4 more times and they finally credited me.

Horrible customer service, we went in wanting an exchange but forgot receipt. Gerald immediately rolled his eyes and had this attitude towards us, he didn’t even try to ask for our information he just said “Without a receipt I can’t do anything”. We gave him our phone number and apparently it didn’t show up, we tried calling the other Napa place for some help, he instead started to ignore us and give us these stares. We ended up asking another girl to help us, all she did was say the same thing and that if something wasn’t working for us it was our fault and not the product, that she was sure our car was the problem. She said she just needed to finish helping someone else and then she could come to us, but she disappeared and never came back out. We ended up leaving really upset, we went home got the receipt came back and that’s when Chris saved the day. He worked with us, helped and explained everything, he never once gave us attitude and instead agreed with us that with our phone number he found our information right away. He himself couldn’t explain why the first two people had such a big issue with us if all they need was our phone number. Funny thing was that Gerald was still there and he was the most nicest and patient guy with 3 other people he helped but for some reason when he helped us he looked like he was forced to help us. In the end Chris is the guy to go to, if I go back I will only go back to him and no one else.

Really appreciate Larry's kindness to my dad who had wandered into this store a little lost today. He expressed genuine concern, which came thru even on the phone when he called to tell me my dad was there. Larry even gave him a cold ice tea and refused to accept money for it. Thank you sir, you're good people.

I've been having problems with the heater on my 08 Jeep Liberty for years. Back flushing the heater core would help for a few weeks and then little to no heat. I saw online that some people are installing COOLANT FILTERS on the heater hose line, before the water enters the heater core. Purpose being to filter out the engine or coolant "crud" so the heater core stays clear. MANY THANKS to RONNIE at NAPA for helping me pick the right (non factory) parts. His product knowledge and customer service is amazing. Thanks NAPA - Ronnie.

Tried twice unsuccessfully to use a NAPA gift card they had issued at that location. They verified through corporate via phone that the card had a large positive balance on it, but couldn't get it to actually work. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR TERRIBLE GIFT CARD PROGRAM! I wasted hours of my time while they scratched their heads. Crazy stuff.

would put 0 stars but not an option, never went and never will. I was making a left into the busy intersection right in front of NAPA and a NAPA car pulls up behind me and honked at me when i didn’t feel safe to go. And then ironically another NAPA car was making a left turn in and the NAPA car behind me honked at me, clearly wanted me to turn into your NAPA car and cause an accident. Teach your workers patience and the rules of the road. I don’t care if they were in a rush, i’d like to not have to feel pressured to go and get in a car accident. Hope that driver doesn’t get in a car accident because he doesn’t know the rules of the road lol.

Very helpful employees at this location. Went in for a thermostat and gasket for my wife’s car. Their system didn’t have an officially listed gasket for her model but they were knowledgeable and were able to find one from a similar model and engine. It works perfectly and I appreciate the good service.

Need new and better training on different ethics when serving any customer that want to pay for any product. Not ignoring or being pretentious as if not deserving and the person is a ghost. 5 times is a charm, won't go back..... The 6th attempt is not worth My Dollar.....(Naperville Illinois store)

This place is a storefront attached to a distribution warehouse, so they pretty much have everything you can imagine in stock. The prices are fantastic but what I really appreciate is that the people who work there are knowledgeable and willing to help, not trying to sell things you may not need.

I like stopping at the warehouse location, which is what this is. The odds of them NOT having a part you need is slim, which makes this a one stop shopping experience in most cases. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and ensure you've considered fixing or replacing things you're going to be taking apart to get to another problem. If I hadn't found the one thing they were out of stock on, this would be 5 stars.

Quality parts but if the parts you need is not in the computer you might be better off taking a catalog off of their hands and finding the part yourself at least I have found it myself a few times just gotta be nice enough so they let you touch their precious books.

Drove 45 minutes to get there, called before i had left for brake pads. The person i spoke to confirmed the brake pads and part number. Showed up and said he didnt have them and he doesnt know who reocmmended this store.

After finding out that the fan blower resistor was rusted out for our 11 year old car, we were able to reserve a new one online overnight (which also meant we got a 10 percent discount) and pick it up the next day. The price was right and I'm sure if this place doesn't have the part you need, you might never find it. It has a massive distribution center.
