Car Towing: Had a car break down last night & called Darrell's this AM for a tow to the dealer. Everyone from the person who answered the phone (Mitch) to the driver that came to my house (Ryan) was professional, polite, and courteous. Great communication and a genuinely friendly attitude from all involved puts this company at the top of my list for any & all future tow needs. Would highly recommend. Price was good too!
I had to have a car towed from dekalb to the Naperville/Aurora area. The service provided was top notch, I don’t think I’ll ever call another towing company as long as I still live in the same area as Darrell’s. And I can’t help but mention the awesome pricing too, I was only billed half of what I thought it would have been.

Driver wasn't happy I used my turn signal & safely pulled in front of him at a stoplight, proceeded to follow me from lane to lane driving erratically and thought it was a good idea to give me the middle finger. CLASSLESS driver which leads to CLASSLESS company!!

Their signs are posted all over our neighborhood but when you call for assistance They do not answer the phone or call back. We’ve tried reaching them on multiple occasions and have had the same experience.
Hired by HOA to clear cars illegally parked in fire lanes. Called two separate nights. Garbage truck couldn't get through last week. Never did anything and never came out. Too lazy to do their jobs
Bobby is a professional. The bad reviews are on here because people would rather post a scathing review instead of following the rules. In my experience this is a reputable and good service.
Pathetic, bullying business practice — making money by stealing cars.
Despite being a PAID CUSTOMER at a store in a private parking lot, once your person leaves the premises to an adjoining lot, you are considered "illegally parked" even if majority of business fronts on the property are closed for the night. They lurk around parking lots waiting to prey on unsuspecting PAYING customers and are incapable of answering the phone for long periods of time, causing unnecessary hassle and delays in retrieving your car.
Unfriendly staff, unwilling to budge regardless of speaking to manager of store on property that purchase was made. Signs of desperation to make quick cash reek from the cigarette smoke-filled closet of an office.
Do not recommend, do not support businesses who ruthlessly take advantage of customers.
I arrange towing all day long all over the country. For this area, this is your Go-to Guy. Friendly, clear spoken, nothing gets repeated, easy to work with, AND best price around. The man knows how to work with people. Thanks Bobby, I will be back.
