I had to get the service to jump start and i got a 5* service and it took him a lot of time to get it fixed because my car was not run for three months. He gave me lot of cost saving ideas for repairs and maintenance. It is hard to get such services now a days. Very pleased and will strongly recommend him. On February 1st, they towed our car and damaged the suspension. Since then, it has been extremely difficult to get in contact with them. They finally provided their insurance information, but their insurer is also having a hard time reaching them. Every call results in a runaround. This company is dangerous and unreliable. We are now seeking legal counsel and the Better Business Bureau as our damages exceed $15,000. Beware!
Update it's now April and they STILL aren not cooperating with the insurance company causing further delay.
Tony and the guys at NCT have helped me on two occasions recover some freight due to a mixup with our customer. They were reasonably priced and super helpful. Made it to the delivery on short notice. 10/10 would recommend.

I needed a fully loaded Snap On toolbox moved, their dispatcher said they do this. Not every towing company will. Their driver showed up on time, knew exactly what to do. He protected it with moving blankets and loaded it very carefully on his rollback. He had lots of ratchet straps and secured it very well. Dropped it off at the house and even helped get it in the garage. No damage, this was obviously not the first time he did this. This is the difference between a wrecker operator and a tow truck driver. Reasonable price too. Thank you very much.
These guys are awesome! We were almost 2 hours from home when the car broke down. We called Naperville Classic Towing for a tow. They said someone would be out in 30 - 35 minutes, and 20 minutes later they arrived! The driver was friendly, professional, and helpful.
My son needed some assistance dislodging his car after an unfortunate run-in with a curb. Dispatch was courteous and helpful. The truck operator was great and took care not to damage the car as we got it unstuck. Would definitely use them again.
The driver was really nice had a great sense of humor and the price was reasonable. It's very irritating breaking down somewhere knowing you are gonna have to pay over 200 dollars to move the car to a place you are bound to spend more money. The wait time for the truck wasn't too bad either, I would highly recommend this towing company.

Highly recommend using Classic, we have our own semi to do the majority of our hauling. Classic has saved the day for me today (as always) our semi was down and Classic was able to deliver 4 new forklifts to one customer and 1 used forklift to another customer. I recommend Classic Towing to anyone who may be in distress due to a vehicle breakdown. My daughter was at least 50 miles from home, in the throes of an active snow storm, and this company was responsive, professional, empathetic, helpful, and pleasant.
I was concerned for my daughter ‘s safety, and the young lady who answered the phone was the nicest individual who provided calm assurance immediately.
She could have not dispatched a nicer individual than Ben. This driver was quick, patient, and helpful because we provided the wrong address. He could have decided to relinquish the request and help others that were in ditches, but he stayed committed to our dilemma. Upon arrival he changed the tire, in the snow, in less than 10 minutes.
Ben is the epitome of customer service, and in this climate of political tensions, along with trying to navigate our lives during a pandemic, we felt safe with Ben’s presence.

Met the nicest man outside my house, called and the driver arrived within 30 mins. Very good social skills handled my car like holding a baby. “It is my baby” very reasonable price that matched the quote I got over the phone, not a penny over. Took a credit card right in location. The towing experience was excellent. The tow truck driver showed up within 20 minutes and had my car hooked up in no time. He was very pleasant and professional. I was in need of a tow after my car started smoking while driving through Plainfield. I Googled tow companies nearby and chose Classic Towing based on their high ratings. I can see why they have these high ratings! The phone operator was very efficient and told me someone would be there in about 25 minutes. The driver, George, was there within the 25 minutes that was promised. He was very friendly and professional. He took photos of my vehicle once it was hooked up to the truck and even when it delivered to the repair shop. The rate was reasonable based on the fact that I had my car towed to Romeoville. I would highly recommend this company!!
I never do this but had to leave a review... my day was already a mess n then my jeep broke down... called Classic and they answered on the second ring and the lady was soo nice! Very calming and understanding! The driver arrived to me before the ETA and helped me safely into the truck then professionally loaded my broken baby and towed me to a repair shop... everything went so smooth and the price was definitely within my range! This is the best towing company I have ever used. I needed a tow and a tire change to a spare. Jake was the tow truck driver. I asked him if I could watch him change the spare so that I would know how to do it. He not only let me watch but explained everything he was doing. He even wrote down parts I could get from the hardware store to make the process easier for me. He was very helpful in recommending a couple of auto shops I could take my car to. And his precision with parking my car off the tow truck was so impeccable. The car was perfectly centered in the spot (front to back & side to side), and the wheels were completely straight.
I've used Naperville Classic Towing twice now. The first time was only a few miles and everything went very smoothly. The second time was recently for my classic car. It was 150 mile tow job from Oswego, IL to Madison, WI. Jake was the driver and he was very professional, courteous, conscientious, and just a genuinely nice guy. I had an extremely positive experience with the service from Naperville classic towing. The driver Jake arrived quickly and was courteous and professional. I was impressed that he didn't mind that he had to put my car in neutral and push it out of my garage in order to load it on the flatbed. I was already having a bad day because my car needed repair, so it was a huge relief to receive such good service. Thumbs up for Jake the tow truck driver!
It was a late night tow and dispatch was great. Car was pickup exactly when they said it would be.
The driver was great. He found the car when other tow company's could not. Called me when he got to car and let me know when it would be delivered. Great service a half later the car was back home (in the middle of the night).
