You do not want any cooperation with this company. I repeat, you do not want any cooperation with this company. My box truck was towed in broad daylight in front of a plaza that was open, but that is not the main issue. The problem is that the day after I picked up the truck, I noticed that the last two tires on the truck had been changed. My old tires were in excellent condition, while the new tires they replaced were in terrible shape, and they could have jeopardized my safety. When I called them and explained that I had old, worn-out tires on the truck, they gave me a short, rude explanation that I left the truck for ten hours. First, the truck wasn’t left for ten hours, and second, how could they possibly know exactly how many hours my truck was parked in front of the plaza? Most importantly, the plaza is located across from the police station, and it was a very active area during the day with a large number of cars coming and going constantly. All of this is happening in a very quiet part of Chicago.
Furthermore, my truck weighs 9 tons, and carrying out the replacement of old tires with new ones is a process that requires a hydraulic lift and a drill. Later, I went to a mechanic because I had to change the tires myself to avoid risking my life on the road, and the mechanic told me that the tires had been changed recently. Not only that, but he also noticed that two of the tires were of different sizes.
This is clearly a scam, where someone took the truck to a professional who did the work quickly but not carefully, as the tire replacement is very obvious. In conclusion, this is an organized crime operation.
Was hired to tow my toolbox and trusted they were professionals, however once the toolbox was delivered and dropped off found the hutch was severely bowed in causing difficulty to open the lid. This toolbox is my livelihood and cost me thousands to purchase. The driver should have known not to strap it down extremely tight in the middle where there wasn’t much support but knowingly did so anyway. He also very clearly stated to me and two other witnesses that he messed up. Then told me if I can’t fix it to call them. I have been attempting to contact them and just get ignored. Nelson the owner refuses to reach out to me to get this resolved, the manager Pete just likes to ignore people and not respond. Even after I sent over all the documentation and pictures they asked for. Then they proceeded to pretty much tell me I’m a liar. Overall for a professional towing company I wouldn’t recommend. Business and owner seems shady.

Excellent professional service from beginning to end. He was kind courteous and knew what he was doing. His KW was running perfectly unfortunately ours was towed to dealership second time in a week. Thank God Golf and Busse had our backs.
Very shady company that does not stand behind their service and is willing to let their customers leave their property to crash or god forbid even get killed on the road. They dropped my motorcycle while under their possession, causing obvious damage to critical parts - handle bar, forks, tires, subframe. They actually let me leave and ride home with an unsafe bike that could've gotten me or others injured or killed. Picked up at night when it was dark, noticed CLEAR damage the next morning when it was light outside. Tried to contact someone in charge for weeks, finally got to me denying any liability. They claimed they took pictures before the tow for said liability. Dont where else on the road you could find dirt that would stick to one side of the tires li ke that, im sure any forensic team can match it to their property as there is a dirt lot in the back. Asked to review their photos with mine and conveniently hid behind the "Thanksgiving weekend being too busy" excuse. I understand that no company wants to give away money if it doesnt have have to, its a business thats fine. But mistakes happen and being unwilling to rectify them is where I take issue. Looking into options for a lawyer if they continue to deny this.
Great team. I was broke down 3 hours away from home with a truck trailer and car on it. These people not only gave me a great deal, but all of the drivers and managers were supernice and friendly. Which made for a quick ride home being able to have cool people to work with, super happy and would recommend to everyone!
Reached out 5 times in 4 days to get a contract written up to tow unauthorized vehicles from our yard. 3 different people, different stories. Texts, promises that contract is sent. THEY DO NOT CARE. Apparently business must be good. They lie to keep you from looking for a more reliable towing company. First impression is key, and these guys suck.
I am very happy with the service I received. I called short notice and asked if they could meet me at a certain time and they showed up on time! The tow driver was super nice and listened to my concerns and helped me get my dead car on his bed. He was very patient and I would gladly go through them again. The cost is a little pricy but I’m happy my car got to the auto shop safely.
This people charge you gas fee and then on top of that a towing fee, admin fee and trust me! There’s more! This place is a scam! I mean gas fee? Really? This is your job! Gas is your COGS! They said no one was there to explain the fee! They charged us more than the police station charged. I will make it my personal mission to end their malpractice.
I’ve been in a target parking lot waiting for a friend, and I got to watch these guys at work. There’s a big old FedEx box truck that had the box fall off the flatbed at a weird angle. These guys got it put back on top with no problem. I didn’t use this company myself but damn just by watching, you know they’re good at their job.
Quick and courteous. Called this company and got an answer from a nice lady. Gave them my location and she said she’s familiar with the area. The truck came Within minutes. Thank you for your service.

How does this company exist they make up whatever amount of money to charge people. They towed my car and charged 525 then they said 475 then changed it back to 495 and they didnt pay me for the extra because they dont have "cash" on them.

Stay away from these crooks. Their tow driver incorrectly hooked up my car and it bent both tie rods, causing $900 of damage and a new alignment. They refuse to even open up an investigation and continue this cat and mouse game of who's the actual manager. I've been lied to multiple times and they refuse to take accountability or even objectively review the evidence of the issue. If you ever get a police ordered-tow (as I did), make sure it's not Golf & Busse. I hope the owner reads this and decides to make it right by me - and I'll also give you the web of lies I've documented from your daytime office manager.
Update - they “closed” the “investigation” and, shocker, are assuming no responsibility. It was a joke of an investigation. They never got pictures of my proof nor spoke with the mechanic to get their evidence. Absolute crooks.
While driving down the road, my electrical system just stopped. Pulled into a side street. My battery had run out of power. So I called Golf & Busse Towing. The operator was friendly and told me someone would be there in 15 minutes.
During the 15 minute wait, a Sheriff pulled up because the people in the neighborhood were worried about someone just sitting in front of there houses for 2hrs (I was waiting on another Tow Company that I called previously). The Sheriff asks me if I needed help because he could call a tow truck. He then said (without me saying anything) that they like to call Golf & Busse Towing. As I'm finishing the conversation with the Sherrif, Golf & Busse Towing arrived. No issues whatsoever. Kudos to the Tow Operator, very attentative to the vehicle. Oh..Kudos to the Sheriff too. Both were very friendly and Job/Task focused.
Note: The first towing company that I called was from an ad on my iphone. They never showed up 2hrs later. Tried calling and kept getting put on hold. When I finally got through I cancelled. Lesson from this: Stay away from Jonnys/Priority towing. Call Golf & Busse Towing first and it won't come across like a learning experience.
I recommend them 10/10! They were able to help me so quickly. My car got stranded and they got there in less than 8 minutes. Quick and efficient! Definitely recommend them.
Do not use this company, I worked with them but they did not give me my last check and two days of another week they kept my money, they have to have insurance for that and not only me, they did it to me, they did it to other workers, they do not pay their last check, they keep our money for what one worked for, one has family and bills and it is not fair that they keep our money for what one worked for, I cut their yard, I cut trees and grass for the same salary 22 dollars, they do not pay half time, they pay right your hours, I leave them to conscience if it is a good company before it was good because of the other owner but these ones that are here are not worth it, they only exploit Gentlemen and ladies, do not hire this company. When I worked with Eyin, they gave me a police ticket and the owner told me that he would pay it, but he didn't do it, it's been a year and to my surprise I got a paper that that ticket is still owed and now they don't want to pay it and they didn't give me my last check and so there are many workers who were robbed, please don't hire them, now I will have to pay it, I have no word, they don't know it, please don't hire them, let all those who robbed us pay, they have no conscience but there is a god, now I have to pay more in interest because they deceived me and didn't pay it, I trusted them, they are people without a word, please don't hire them
We're from the South Side and we're visiting family in DuPage, when our far stalled and wouldn't restart. On recommendation from a retired mechanic friend, we called for Ambassador in Orland Park.
While it was difficult to hear the dispatcher on the other end, and spending a very long time on hold (busy night, I suppose), we did speak directly with the tow truck driver Julio who was very polite, efficient, and had no issues with accommodating our dog who was traveling with us.

A tow will cost approximately $217.00 and an additional $40.00 a day for storage fees. If you were towed at the request of law enforcement, there could possibly be additional charges to pay at the police station in upwards of $500.
Worst experience they lie to you about prices! They never said they charge per hour rate but after work is done they charge you a per hour rate! Scam!!!

After finishing my job in West Chicago late at night my vehicle had a breakdown & I was hauling a trailer. No other towing service was available in the area except for Golf & Busse Towing. This was one of the best experiences I've had with any service in general, this is because of Joe for being efficient, quick and for making it on time. I can't be more greatful for his help. Highly recommend.
We had a horrible experience with them recently where they Wrongly towed my husband’s car at our apartment complex. They said there was no sticker in the car which was incorrect because he did have one. We have been living there for 5 years and one morning they just towed the car. Also the pictures that they took of the car before they towed it CLEARLY SHOWS THE STICKER IN THE WINDOW. Even after we told them that, they refused to give us the car and they kept giving us so many excuses. They wrongly towed the car and they still wanted us to pay to get the car back. The lady we talked to on the phone was extremely rude and didn’t want to hear anything that we said. There are many cars that park in our lot on the weekend who don’t even live there but yet they want to tow the ONE car that actually has a sticker and they live there. After reading some reviews it looks like they have towed many cars from apartment complex buildings for no reason. This place needs to be shut down!! They are just scamming people out of money and a horrible establishment. I am honestly thinking of suing. There license needs to be taken away.
