It’s hard to find a great tow truck company these days and I have been using Deluxe Towing for years now. He always treats my cars as if they were his own even with them being lowered and It’s not a problem for him. Communication is amazing!
Deluxe towing always makes it out to us super fast when we need a tow. We have 3 modified cars (one quite low to the ground) that have all needed to be towed, Deluxe takes great care in making sure they are secured without scraping while loading/unloading, scraping the wheels, or damaging anything underneath. Antonio is also probably the nicest person we’ve ever met, and never looks to take advantage.
Is there a way to give less than one star? This company towed my 2020 Telluride, when we picked the car up from them, the steering wheel had to be held a half turn to the left to keep the vehicle straight. I called and talked to Antonio, when I told him this issue had not been there before the car was towed, he told me "we are good at what we do, it wasn't us". I then took the car to a very reputable repair shop, who concluded that the damage, a bent ti-rod, was the result of hooking a tow onto the rod itself. They say the evidence is very clear and contacted Antonio to come to the shop so they could show him this. Even there to the mechanic he said the same thing, we are good at what we do, it wasn't us. This guy has no concept of responsibility; this business is terrible because of the ownership. In addition to the steering damage, they damaged the forward collision system. Picture below, I will add more from the shop as I get them.
Added information: I have added pictures of the damage to the steering components of our vehicle. The first picture clearly shows fresh marks on the ty-rod end, this is where Deluxe towing hooked onto the ty-rod and pulled my car causing it to bend as displayed in the 4th picture. The 3rd picture is where they hooked onto the subframe on the other side, a better spot, but still not correct. The last picture is the subframe on the damaged side, where you can see they did not hook onto this. The owner of Deluxe cannot provide pictures or videos of any part of the tow, when presented with this information they again denied any responsibility. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company at all costs.
Antonio came to me promptly during a rain storm at 11pm at night. I drive a BMW M3 and unfortunately hit a curb. When loading and unloading, he made sure to minimize any more damage done to the car (I didn’t ask for this). Prices are more than fair. Thank you

It's unfortunate I needed the tows but both times Antonio was very kind and professional. I've never in my life had such fast and thorough service.
They were quick to show up and loaded up my truck like a true professional and delivered truck at my house which had a very tight spot to drop, tow truck operator was very smooth

This place was amazing so there was this ice blizzard going on; then they came to me and got me out from where my car was stuck. They were fast and on time they came to my rescue thank you once again deluxe towing 100% recommend to call when in need of help.
I remember that it was cold that day, the driver came on time. Very friendly, and very patient. We had issues when we got to Walmart to drop the car, he manage to park it since Walmart would not allow him drop the car in their workshop because there was no battery in the car. The following day, the same car died on Gray & North Ave, he was there within a twinkle of an eye. Very respectful driver
I cancelled my service because they never showed up, the said 50 minutes, 2.5 hrs later I had speedy g towing over still waiting for deluxe. If they would of been reliable and on time I would of had my car fixed today. Instead I had to call off from work tomorrow now too. They should reimburse me but I know they won't.
Nicole needs to be FIRED! She's some sort of narcissist that will just talk all over you; while, will accuse you of doing exactly that! She has zero responsibility for her utter failure for accurately recounting her previous discussions with her Clients. By the way, they AREN'T BBB Accredited! ... She, and her cohort, Antonio, will not disclose the names of the Owners of this "operation" or keep any responsibility for their own actions! I'll do business elsewhere.

Awesome service provided by this company. I informed him my car was a bit lower as it’s a 1996 Mazda Miata and he showed up with the proper material to prevent any sort of damage. Their truck is in beautiful condition as well, you can tell they take care of their materials and their customers. I called in and service was provided within 30 mins at 10pm. He even talked to me about his passion for cars and his current build which was awesome. Very reasonable pricing, way cheaper than what I was quoted from anyone else. The price paid was exactly as discussed eralier, Antonio called me to let me know he was on his way to meet me and once we got to our destination, he actually helped me drop the truck inside my garage. not just on the driveway. he did and excellent job and was very friendly. excellent service!
My mom's car broke down and we did not want to leave it at the repair shop. So we had it towed to our mechanic. We were referred by my mechanic. The tow from Naperville to Warrenville was reasonable and within the reimbursement amount for insurance. Antonio was very responsive. He gave us a time estimate of arrival. He called us when he got to the car and also once he dropped it off. The best customer service I've had from a towing company. He pays attention to details and my requests for drop off. I'd highly recommend.

I've been unable to start my truck for the last few days, I gave Deluxe Towing a call late in the evening, Antonio answered right away and was a pleasure to talk with. The owner, Antonio, is a really nice guy. Antonio even tries to handle the calls himself. Anyway, I called Deluxe from a gas station in Glen Ellyn. Antonio showed up right away, and got my car over to a garage in downtown Wheaton, probably all in under an hour from the time of my call.
Really great people!! I've never dealt with a tow company and had nice things to say until now! This company is the best! They understand what people go thru! I am so grateful for that. In the middle of a crisis from an auto accident it's nice to have someone understand and help you out!
The tow services was called by west Chicago PD. The evening of the tow was fine amd quick. But the Monday I signed my car over to them was full on extortion. They charged me over 400 for what was really 2.5 days in the lot and then only gave me $80 off for signing my title over.
The bill was full of small fees.... wish I had had the opportunity to call my regular towing place.
Again the service was good and the driver was nice and quick. But the fees were $$$ I didn't expect.
