Super unprofessional, significant other had issues dealing with them. Ended up just going with another service after waiting way past eta. Highly disappointed.

I can not recommend them enough, they are beyond great. What a stressful day it was but Gruas y Yonkers put so much ease into the situation. They were caring, kind, responsive from the very beginning, professional, kept their word, and their prices were great!
Very satisfied, when I called to other places they were rude and not really helpful. But when I called these guys they were really nice. I just needed help to move car a bit within my drive way. They were helpful and charged reasonable price. Definitely will be calling again if I’ll need any help.
If I could give 0 starts I would. Where should I start. Driver came super later and unprepared. Driver was also super unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend find a better towing company.
Wow amazing fast service for a honest price, my car died on the side of the road I called around other tow places and they were out of their minds with the wait times and their prices, I call Gruas y Yonkers and they answered the call fast and came fast with a good honest price! Hard to reach, my car ended up getting damaged & i couldn’t even get an apology at least. Wouldn’t recommend. Driver made me feel off while getting serviced
Excellent service and great prices, they helped my dad bring home his car after the alternator died. We got home with the car within 30mins of them arriving. I highly recommend them.
fast, affordable and efficient. car got stuck in a parking lot and the driver was there in 35 minutes and charged me $130 compared to $450 with another towing service.
