Can't say enough about this place, on our way to TN we broke down the day before Christmas eve an Bob went out if his way to get us fixed. We had to stay the night and back on the road the next day. (Christmas eve) we can't thank you and your staff enough for your sevice and your hospitality . AGAIN WE THANK YOU YALL SO MUCH! Highly recommend this place for local and traveling people. Thank you again to you and your staff, your all rock stars in my book.
I can’t say enough about Bob, Tyler, and Chip. We’re on our way south and one of our tires showed that it was leaking air. We googled tire repair and we were near Tuscola Illinois so we drove to Bob‘s tire service. It was late in the afternoon so we had to wait till the next morning to get a tire. Bob took really good care of us and even gave us a ride to and from our hotel. Bob had our car ready to go by 815 the next morning. Bob went out of his way to help us. He found a matching tire for us and Chip and Tyler Put the new tire on and checked all our other tires to be sure they were good to go. I highly recommend Bob’s Super Services! By the way, his business is right next to The dollar store in Tuscola, Illinois.
Bob and his staff have always done the best job for us that they can. We appreciate their continued honesty and hard work on our vehicles. We are very grateful they are here in Tuscola and provide good reasonable car care for our community!
Sent my sister here to get 2 front tires put on. About 3 days later I noticed she was missing a lug nut. No biggy, I'll buy a new one, put it on and be good. After further inspection I noticed the stud was sheered off. As I checked the tire, I noticed that all 10 of the front lugs were not tightened down all the way. I know mistakes happen, it's not a big deal. Instead of accepting responsibility and making it right, Bob claimed "normal wear and tear" for the sheered lug stud and shifted the financial responsibility on to a struggling single mother. Don't go here

Found a bolt in my tire while out of town. I called Bob and he said he could get me in immediately. I walked in the door at 10:15 and by 10:30, my tire was fixed and I was on the road. Great service and fair pricing!

Had engine problems on our way from Georgia to Minnesota. Was able to get the car to Bob’s Super Service. They diagnosed the problem, called multiple places to find the part and we were back on the road in about 4 hours. They were a life saver. Very friendly. Loved talking to Bob. I also want to give Mike the mechanic a huge shout out. GREAT JOB!!!! Thanks guys.
My serpentine belt snapped on my way home from my daughter's birthday party in southern IL and my car died in the middle of 57 in the freezing cold. We were still over an hour from home. We managed to get a ride home but I called this business from a list the State trooper gave me to see if they could tow my car or help me fix it. I was almost in tears they were so helpful! They sent a driver out to pick up my car and tow it to fix it and didn't charge me anywhere near what anyone else wanted for the same job and were very patient and understanding when I told them it would take me a little bit longer to get there than planned because my original ride down to pick up the car fell through. I will definitely send any business I find their way and while I hope to never need them again, if I do Ill be calling them for sure. Thank you so much!
The most helpful shop in this area stuck on the rd and 5 other shops said good luck and couldn't even point me in any direction. This man is actually doing what he can to help me. He hasn't found tire yet but he gets 12 stars for customer service.
Blew a tire driving cross country on a Sunday afternoon. Nick had a new tire on and we were back on the road within an hour. Great, friendly service and fair prices.
Bringing the boat home and boom a flat tire! Nick came out and was just amazing, needed a new tire on the trailer and we were taken care of with in 45 minutes, he made our day! Thanks Nick!
Long story short they completely saved me out of a unfortunate situation had a blow out on 57 right outside Tuscola and had no jack or anyway of changing it bobs super service arrived within twenty mins and did so much more than expected thank you guys soo so much definitely recommend these guys
Car just stopped running, stranded on interstate for an hour and half. Tried working with AAA.Very bad customer service on their part. They had wrecker services that refused to drive us where we needed to go due to time of evening (7:30 pm). Finally Clinton from Bob Super Service out of Tuscola showed up and literally saved the day. He could not have been more helpful and polite. Would recommend people tell AAA or what ever roadside assistance they use to just call Bob Super Service. 😊
Our car broke down on I-74 near the university exit. We had AAA and waited for a long time( 2 hours.) . Finally we were told No one would pick us up since we had a total of three people in the vehicle. After two of us took an Uber To St Joseph . And several phone calls To AAA and the state police. AAA finally called Bob’s Super Service . Clinton was there within 5 minutes . Excellent superior service. Will definitely use them again ! Thank you Clinton!!
We somehow locked the keys in the car while getting gas. We called a local shop and they recommended Bob's. They arrived in a few minutes and quickly unlocked the car. Thanks Mike from Bob's!

Clinton came out at 3:00 AM to help me with my flat tire situation and when he wasn’t possibly capable of getting it fixed, he offered to take me to my destination and got me there punctually. Absolutely the nicest people, our tow driver,Clayton was extremely friendly and nice, he dropped us off at a hotel and took the car back to the shop until morning so they could order a tire, when the car was ready Bob him self even picked us up from the hotel!
Bobs super service saved the day. We were on our way to a wedding when the engine stalled on the highway. I called AAA for a tow and Nick was dispatched and had us on our way to a dealer within 30 minutes. Because of the great service we were still able to make the wedding. The driver was great and he gave us information on amenities in town. Thank you for saving the day!
I used AAA, and a closer company was too busy so they dispatched from Bob's Super Services. He was a lot farther away from me, but got to me in really good time. He was very nice, professional, and drove very well with my vehicle on the back. Great service! Thank you!! I would definitely recommend using this company!!
Nick helped us out today. He was very attentive to me and my husband and made sure we got the help we needed to fix our tire. He went above and beyond to help us out. We totally recommend their services!
Bob was absolutely incredible. He towed us from ten miles out of town, and was very fast. He turned the seat warmers on because it was chilly. He offered us food and drinks, and was very hospitable while we waited on our ride, since we were an hour from home. Very honest too. I cannot recommend him enough.
Bob's saved our road trip! Got a flat tire on the way from Champaign to Memphis and stopped here. They got us right in, patched the tire, and we were back on our way in about 15 minutes. SO friendly as well!
