This place was good until Craig left, now they have some guy name Chris in charged who always has a bad attitude, I don’t know if he’s going through something or he’s just racist because I see how he acts with others , I use to love coming here for service now a dread it because I don’t want deal with Chris attitude or negative vibes…
Update, the day of the incident once Fries read my review I was called by an employee and offered an apology on behalf of Fries not Chris, I didn’t want to make this a big deal and accepted the apology in hopes to move on, but now every time I go to fries, I have Chris’s friend in my ear telling me how I should think, he swears up and down he knows Chris and that Chris is not a racist but at the end of the day you cannot fully vouch for how someone is because you don’t know where there heart is, and his actions have shown me otherwise I’ve been coming to fries for seven years, this wasn’t a first incident with Chris this was just the straw that broke the camels back, I’ve been approached so much by Chris friend , every time I go, I no longer feel comfortable going there anymore but my company makes me go,
Great customer service ! Jeromy looked at an issue explained my options for my suspension . They had it done same day ! very impressed very professional. Thank you all at Fries I was recommended to take my car there and glad I did!
READ THIS FIRST! I found Fries after my car died at a coffee house, 6AM. As I sat in my car and looked for a local tow service, I'm always keen to check GOOGLE reviews. Fries had solid reviews so I gave them a call. Greg the manager answered, set up a tow (came in 15 min) and my car was off to the shop. I already knew I had a bad starter so I braced myself for the news. Greg did the following: called all the shops for a suitable part, tried THREE DIFFERENT PARTS Before he was satisfied, and charged me only labor for the install once; full well knowing the shop changed it out three times already. Oh and plugged a tire that had a nail in it Free of charge.
Google reviews work when customers can share their experiences earnestly. I do hope someone also experiences the honest and downright amazing service. Top notch gentlemen at Fries. Found them in an emergency and they've gained my business for the future. Highly recommend!!
On Sunday Oct 28th I called at 4:58am in needed of towing service. The gentleman that answered my call gave me an estimate of an hour for his arrival. I question the fact that I had to wait an hour and the gentleman was giving me attitude and hung up on me. It was totally UNPROFESSIONAL from his part. I called another towing service and they arrived in 15 minutes. Let’s not forget I was in wheeling too.
Our car was towed to Fries Automotive - Charlie stayed open late so I could get there to pick up my car! Very friendly & helpful. Plan on bringing my car ther in the future for service !
