I had tire blowout in the middle of the road around midnight and I was tryna put the spare tire on but I couldn’t because I didn’t know Lexus had a wheel lock on it which I wasn’t given the key for at my dealership, I didn’t have any tool and I tried calling lots of roadside assistance and almost all was closed and some said they couldn’t do it and said if they would they would charge me $400-$500 but I found Q roadside and Martin came in clutch for a reasonable price and drove out 30 miles to save the day, and he was quick as well, highly recommended if you ever need roadside assistance anytime. Martin from QRoadside was amazingly helpful when I messaged him asking if he could come repair my tire. He had me send him pictures of the puncture, and when it was clear he couldn't repair it safely, he helped me understand my options as far as getting the spare on and replacing the tire. He was so helpful and kind, even though I didn't even buy anything from him!
Had a blowout on 294 with my van but I didn’t have the tool to lower the spare. Called Q Roadside and Martin came within 10mins to take off my rim and drove me to the tire shop to get a new tire installed. We drove back and he had the wheel installed in minutes. As a hard working mom its hard to find time to get away and just enjoy the day. And that's exactly what I planned to do. About 15 minutes from our destination our tire blew leaving us stranded on the highway and hours from home. Martin came to us without a question and was Johnny on the spot. Immediately pulled a spare swapped tires and tried every place he knew to try to get us a new one. When all hope was lost he said ya know what I get it. Go ahead and head on home just make sure you get me when you get up and up. Because of him Im on the way home with my babies and all is not lost. If I could give more than 5 stars he'd have it. Give him a ring he's one of the last real people left.

He came to replace my broke rim and tire for a spare, tipped him 40 because he did it in less 30 min and frankly watched him struggle for a bit. He told me I was safe driving it 50miles a hour so I took it to Waukegan Tired.. when they told me > “your spare was incorrectly installed” no wonder my wheel was shaking off

Martin was amazing! I called him and he arrived within 10 minutes of my call! He changed my tire with a nail to the spare and made sure my spare was fully inflated. It needed a lot of air and he didn’t charge any extra for it! Martin gave me some suggestions on what to do and where to go after this!
