I'm from over 250 miles away and i got stranded on 94 headed back to Wisconsin. I called tons of towing companies but pretty much nobody was available except these guys. They charged me only $180 to get me off the highway and about 5 miles to an auto parts store. I thought this was a fair price (was quoted way more from others) and they got to me within a half hour. Hopefully I don't ever need a tow in Chicago again but if I do I'm calling these guys
I was coming back from work around 5.28pm on the highway 294 to the north. Black Ram from this company passed by me. He was pulling Honda. When he changed the lane, he almost hit my car. He was driving very fast, passed by other cars. This is an idiot and not a driver. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. If you want your car as a whole, avoid these idiots!! They are idiots. Not drivers. I am sending recording from dash cam to police.
I used Jaramillo Towing services and I requested a receipt and the owner keep telling me that he was going to send it but he never did.
He was very unprofessional and kept lying about it, I really needed it so I can get reimbursed by my insurance.
I will not use this company again not only the owner made me loose money but he also waisted my time.
