10 out of 10 service. Had a vehicle emergency my tire came off the wheel bearing when I hit a curb in a drive through. They came in 10 minutes or less. good priced if I need a tow again I know who to call!
Chris was quick to answer and came out within minutes. He was very friendly. I would use him anytime (although I hope to not have to) and would highly recommend his services.

Yesterday I google this company cause my batteries is dead and needed a jump. They came right away to jump and car , and my car started. As 1/21/2025 I went to start my car again and my battery dead again I call them again to come out and jump my battery again ! He say it’s so cold this week and sometimes the battery dies! It’s been 4 year since I replaced my battery! So today take to a shop for brand new battery replacement so I don’t have this issue again ! I highly recommend this company to anyone they very friendly and fast! Again thank you for coming out to my residence help me!
I am grateful for this towing company. My car shut off on my while I was getting off of 53 to get on Dundee Road and pulled into the BP gas station and tried to figure out what was wrong with my car. After failed attempts I contacted C&F Towing and the woman on the phone was great help and it was only $120 to get my car from where I was back to my place. (Mind you I live in Wheeling so prices do vary) The guy (whose name I did not get and I am so sorry for that but he helped me on Saturday, December 21st at around 7-8 pm) was a phenomenal help. On the drive to my apartment complex he provided me with a phone number of a mobile mechanic who could possibly assist me with finding out what’s wrong with my car and provide an estimate for repairs. If you are even in the same situation I am, I HIGHLY recommend contacting C&F Towing!
By far the best experience I've had with a towing company. The person who answered the phone was so friendly and was able to send someone out right away. They kept me posted on their status and arrived exactly when they said they would. SHOUT OUT to OSBALDO who changed the tire for me. He was so polite and professional and was able to change the tire within no time. Will definitely be using them again!!

Amazing customer service very great and reasonable prices the best ones honestly I called many places! Chris got to me very quick, in less than 30 mins and also helped me find a mechanic to help me with my radiator leak! Highly recommend Chris very honest man!!! He is also Spanish Bilingual!

I had a breakdown with a vintage car, so I was worried about it being treated properly. C&F's driver, Jimmy, was very careful and respectful of my concerns. He brought the car to my home and was able to unload it into my garage. I hope to not have a need their service again, but if I do, they will be my first call.
