I got a horrible flat tire, but Chris helped me to tow my car to a tire shop for a reasonable price. He is a honorable and respectful person and we had great conversations. Recommend this place, their services and people here to anyone.

Yesterday I google this company cause my batteries is dead and needed a jump. They came right away to jump and car , and my car started. As 1/21/2025 I went to start my car again and my battery dead again I call them again to come out and jump my battery again ! He say it’s so cold this week and sometimes the battery dies! It’s been 4 year since I replaced my battery! So today take to a shop for brand new battery replacement so I don’t have this issue again ! I highly recommend this company to anyone they very friendly and fast! Again thank you for coming out to my residence help me!

By far the best experience I've had with a towing company. The person who answered the phone was so friendly and was able to send someone out right away. They kept me posted on their status and arrived exactly when they said they would. SHOUT OUT to OSBALDO who changed the tire for me. I am grateful for this towing company. My car shut off on my while I was getting off of 53 to get on Dundee Road and pulled into the BP gas station and tried to figure out what was wrong with my car. After failed attempts I contacted C&F Towing and the woman on the phone was great help and it was only $120 to get my car from where I was back to my place. (Mind you I live in Wheeling so prices do vary) The guy (whose name I did not get and I am so sorry for that but he helped me on Saturday, December 21st at around 7-8 pm) was a phenomenal help. On the drive to my apartment complex he provided me with a phone number of a mobile mechanic who could possibly assist me with finding out what’s wrong with my car and provide an estimate for repairs. If you are even in the same situation I am, I HIGHLY recommend contacting C&F Towing!

I had a breakdown with a vintage car, so I was worried about it being treated properly. C&F's driver, Jimmy, was very careful and respectful of my concerns. He brought the car to my home and was able to unload it into my garage. I hope to not have a need their service again, but if I do, they will be my first call.

So my car battery died in -12 degree weather. Since three days I’ve been on and off constant calls with my insurance and roadside assistance for a towing company to help tow my car. For three days of waiting and waiting for hours I decided to give up with the roadside assistance. I immediately found C and F company. I saw their reviews and called them up. Best decision I could make. These guys without hesitation heard my situation and arrived with their tow truck within 15 minutes!! 15 MINUTES!!! And not only did they give an appropriate and timely response, they showed up with a smile on their face on one of my hardest days in negative degree weather. They saved us when our car died in a parking garage with low clearance. They were able to problem solve to get our vehicle out when we were in a really tight spot. They truly care about the people they help and not just the bottom line! Would definitely recommend them!
