I had a problem with a car, and I was very well attended by the whole team, especially the general manager Jaelyn Stringer, who was very professional and efficient!!!
My car was brought there from my insurance company when coming to retrieve my belongings my iPhone charger and Apple Watch was missing. I was told that it should be in the envelope they provided with my plates and i pass that they removed wasn't in there either. Just make sure all of your belongings are there when your vehicle is brought there through insurance! Because chargers are not cheap with apple.

As a vehicle transporter this place is absolutely horrible, I’ve been sitting in their parking lot for over an hour just to bring in one car they have no customer service
There were no ppl in front of me , can someone explain this ? Already 40 mins waiting, even tho I have un appointment! Even tho it keep saying 5 mins !( update: both ladies confirmed that they forgot about “ live q” and appointment system, so they were taking every one without it , even tho they have 4 windows where it says to get in “q” )
I went to drop some insurance documents and the Lady at the Help desk/ registration was rally very polite and professional. Without asking she gave me enough information that answered all my doubts. I walked out happy with no anxiety or questions in mind. Quite a service.
They hide major defects on vehicles to get them sold.
Vehicle brakes were frozen solid from rust that they would NOT turn and had a bad alternator so would not run under its own power they described it as “run and drive”. These people are LIARS
Came to pay for the car. 7 people inside doing absolutely nothing and act like they don't see you. They grow big, now they don't care about those whose money they eat. Shame
People were helpful and friendly but no loading area and comparing it to even smaller town coparts was very disappointing. Could seriously use improvements!
Right off the back I felt welcomed coming into the dealership, staff was really polite and made me feel at home. Didn't have any hassle and answered all the questions i had about the vehicle.
This place is absolutely horrific. Answered the phone and told me i could come pick up my custom wheels off my car before auction. When i arrived the place was closed and empty except for one person in the yard that flipped me the bird and walked away when i asked abput my car and if they were open. Highly disrespectful for an Allstate company.
