Terrible place, the cars are only the chassis. And the prices are totally ridiculous. I went to buy a door accessory and they charged me $45 when new it was worth $20. I bought it only because it took me a while to get it out and on top of that it rained that day. Things are stupidly expensive here, on top of that you waste gas getting to the place, time looking for and getting the part and here too they don't give you money back, they tell you they'll give you credit for another purchase. I don't recommend this place at all. Look for used parts on eBay and get a quote for new ones on the Internet. You'll see that it's much better than going to this junkyard and you won't waste gas or time.

I had a good experience. More than fair price for very niche, hard to find, parts I got in perfect condition. I think a lot of the people complaining in reviews on here have no clue what they're doing. They are very open about their opening hours (yard closes one hour early, very standard policy), their prices are standardized, and they have a warranty+ return policy. Anyone who complains probably has no idea what they're talking about. It's a junk yard at the end of the day, if you pull an engine and it doesn't work what did you expect?! A brand new engine from the JUNK YARD?? cry babies if you ask me

On the website, Apple Maps & Google maps it shows that they close at 6pm. I arrived at 5:19pm…. they refused me to enter because they close at 5:30pm. If they close at 5:30pm then why have the times different in everywhere else? On top of it they charge too much for the parts, I’m going somewhere else instead that doesn’t lie about their hours

Went to look for a break dust shield, found one on the floor all beat up and I was willing to repair it. They wanted $30 for a part that’s $15 brand new on Amazon . Not the first time this happens . Never going back again.

Charging NEW part prices for some old beat up parts. Would not recommend if you need headlight or taillight components.

I called amd asked if they have a vehicle. I was told the vehicle was there and no parts were removed since it was received. I asked are u sure I'm over an hour away. The lady on the phone Said yes. When I got there the car was stripped down to just a shell.

My experience was good, but the prices are a little bit ridiculous, i went in for 2 scion tc mirrors and the total for the 2 pieces alone was 85 dollars including tax they go for 30 dollars each brand new on rock auto, used should not be more expensive then brand new. price would be my only concern though, i liked everything else.

Distasteful. Very shady business. I asked the lady how much for the parts, she gives me a super high number. Turns out, she added all kinds of extras to my total! Almost an additional $100 in add ons! I DO NOT CARE HOW HARD YOU TRY TO MEAN MUG ME! I will stand there and mug you back while you refund me ALL OF MY MONEY! lady searching all through my bag and was pissed she did not find anything. You have to ask permission before you put any extra money on the bill. Stop shopping here and let them feel the loss. There are many places to go to

I've been here many times - decent prices, the cars are fairly well organized and their website is pretty good for letting you know if they have a car like yours.

They charge for entry. I called and asked about engine. They have only one match but even that hasn’t engine. They knew it for sure but they changing $2 to make sure it is not. Horrible experience

I will never return here the way they just insulted my intelligence as a black woman and the racism that they showed me today has been extremely unacceptable. I was in the store all of 30 minutes no one ask me did I need help and when I did ask for help the customer service rep had me waiting for about 10 to 12 minutes without even return when I did go to find someone else to help they was so rude an snotty today was totally unacceptable and I really hope that they don’t get comfortable with treating someone else in that sort not to mention they was watching us the whole time but pretending to interact in the conversation with someone else I don’t appreciate that. Everyone does not steal every African-American does not steal, and I wish that they understand that ignoring us like you don’t wanna help because u don’t think we can afford it it’s not ok neither is asking us to leave because I’m expressing how I feel because y’all can help everyone but us I’m trynna figure out what was the problem before anyone stop here looking for a car part I will rather you find another one .

Very helpful staff! They pick up their phones. Good selection. If you are unsure about the price of a part, ASK, before you waste your time pulling it. I went to 3 yards and watched people in line act surprised when they went to pay, leaving the part behind. I will return for more car parts in the future.

I had an interview at this place today at 12 this afternoon I make it there 10 minutes early after being emailed this morning at 7:58am to send them my resume, just to get all the way there and be denied an interview by a young Mexican woman stating that the hiring manager told her to let anyone know that has an interview that all the positions were filled after driving 30 minutes to get to the interview. This company and it's employees are the worst of the worst.

This is the worst junkyard around here. Staff, service, parts all of it is horrible. The lady upfront was giving us attitude just for asking if they have certain part in the yard. I think all that mattered is the 4 bux entry fee. Never again.

As others have said, $2 to get in. The staff is nice and courteous . They keep an inventory of all there cars, so they can provide you with what rows have the cars that have the part or parts your looking for. I had to go back I side because the part I pulled did not work, and it was no problem at all. They have a 30 day exchange policy.

Beware Beware Beware!!! this place the employee work here they are very rude and unprofessional we spent $800 on the parts they just canceled our transaction and she said I don't care it's not my place this is one of the worst ever experience I have in junkyards the black lady was very nice and the two other ladies very rude and unprofessional no wonder no people in this junkyard is a huge junkyard but very bad reputation if I own this place I bring professional people in the front be friendly and sometimes a smile instead of hiring depressed ladies this place to potential a lot of money making but unfortunately because it's a bad employee they are dry , a lot of cars lots of Parts but no customer I hope the owner or other see this message and change something I heard from a lot of people they are not going to this junkyard because of the weirdness of these people .good blessed I hope for better

$2 bucks to get in, cash only for admission. Everyone is super friendly. Adriana and all the ladies that work the desk inside are awesome. Plenty of cars. Prices for their parts available online. Just wish their app was more updated. It lags out in the yard. Other than that, they do accept credit cards for payment for parts pulled. They do a great job pulling the cars from the lot once everything's been pulled off of them. But the best part is that the yard is made up of gravel/rocks and not mud/dirt.

Good inventory and most important reasonable prices.

WARNING WARNING WARNING CONSUMER ALERT THIS PLACE CHARGES ABSOLUTELY TOOOOOO MUCH $$$$$ Prices are wayyyyyyyyyy to high & unfair Several illegal hidden charges We’re do the ( environmental fee charge go ) very sketchy pricing and hidden fees and charges. Cores add ons are over priced Not worth the time or money for the parts that are available . The here prices reflect and are very comparable to the typical junk yards that remove the parts for you .

Had just the parts I needed with a safe enough environment with enough space to do it myself! It was actually fun pulling parts from the car.

Worst place ever, their computers are not really on point when it comes to parts and cars that are good donors. Customer service is appalling. Also, when you return something they give you store credit and not your money back. So don't come here, go to North ave , east of cicero and what ever sister yards they have.

They told me before entering they had a 2006 armada. It turns out it was a 2008 model which parts are not interchangeable. On top of wasting my time they refused to refund the entrance fee. Very shady this wont deter more people from coming here but management should look into this one way mindset that eventually will reflect on good customers not visiting again

Total freedom to walk about . They offer maps if you can't figure out the layout. Staff is super friendly and offer assistance when in doubt. Management is always about if you have questions . They even have cars for sale if you need a driver or project. One of the best places if you like to " look". I've had nothing but great experiences here and they have cars all the way back to the 50's and don't trust the website as inventory is always changing.

A lot of vehicles and stock gets replenished pretty quickly. Staffis VERY RUDE AND UNWILLING to help. Younger staff that really is just clerks and checkers. Not parts sabby or willing to help. Manager is Very unprofessional and arrogant as well. Previous manger was worst.
